I really wanted to like these filters, especially at this price, but when I did a quick comparison of photos with and without the filters they just didn't quite cut it. I am just focusing on the UV filter in the photos but I tried the ND4 and the CPL filters as well with the same results. These photos were much larger but I cropped them to show what bothered me most about the filter quality - I didn't make any other adjustments to the photos. In the 'eyeball' photo the first thing I noticed was the loss of white when using the filter. In the 'remote' photo I noticed a difference in the clarity of the blue DVR button. Since I take thousands of photos and have sold photos in the past I am looking for filters that aren't going to affect my pictures in such a quickly noticeable way. I think if I didn't manipulate and crop so many of my photos these would have worked fine but once I saw the difference I couldn't unsee it. The filters came nicely packaged in a protective pouch and I didn't have problems cleaning the smudges off them. I finally decided to purchase just a UV filter made from optical glass by a manufacturer I've used in the past. UPDATE: I changed my rating from 2 stars to 4 because I did return the filters and the vendor contacted me to see if there was anything that they could do to help the situation. I asked for a refund and they gave it to me with no problems or hassles. ... show more

Two of the filters were damaged. There was obvious signs of wear in the case. I have no doubt these were returned previously. Customer support contacted me. They have sent out replacement filters. I would recommend these to my friends.
