Great buy! Came well packaged. Plenty of cables to hook up to anything you want or need. Bought it as gift for my son and he couldn't be happier. He has been playing the same games for a year now on PC. He showed me details in his games that he couldn't see with his previous monitor. He also mentioned more than once one how crisp the image and colors are. The low latancy and large curved screen actually made a big difference in his FPS games. I shopped for a long time to pick this monitor and it works perfectly. I am not dissapointed in the least. Well worth the money.

Ordered this on an early black Friday discount, price seemed fair and monitor seemed great. Received the product unboxed and started installing, taking down my old dual monitor set up, and putting up a much better monitor stand that could handle the weight of this monitor, HUGE MISTAKE. Product was finally set up, and I originally noticed there was a scuff on the housing at the bottom right and still decided to put it up, weird but as long as it didn't impact performance it was ok. Plugged in to my outlet and then my pc and booted up, then a dead pixel immediately upon booting up appeared. Right off the center of the screen, absolutely unacceptable, continued to test the monitor to see that their claims about this monitor were false and 144/165 hz refresh rate promised in listing was not available in PBP which is the only way to replace a dual monitor set up. Wanted to give the seller a chance to fix their mistake with some type of refund, they offered $50, for a lying about the capabilities of their monitor, that has a scuff, and a dead pixel in the screen brand new, they also accused me of setting up the monitor wrong attributing the refresh rate to my GPU (I have a 3080 which is more than enough). After reassuring them I knew what I was talking about they said they can raise the refund to $80. That would be great if this wasn't a $500 monitor that was lied about and faulty. Do not waste your time on this seller and go for a different monitor or suffer returning this one which will likely need some heavy maneuvering to even fit in my car to take and drop off at the USPS to return.

Great monitor so far but I would love to know how to fit to screen while hooked to a ps5. The speakers could be a little better but for the price it was a good deal, especially if I can figure out how to fit to screen. I'm unable to change picture mode from a ps5 it seems? Also if anyone figures out how to unlock the picture settings on ps5 let me know. All around can't recommend this for a ps5 until I find a way to unlock 90% of the features. Won't even allow me to change brightness

no built in speaker sound since i bought on October tried troubleshooting and didn't by curiosity i checked today if it really had built in speakers and it says it does but months later still no sound i am using geforcertx3050 video card if there i a fix for this i would have rated better but online search only tells me to use a audio jack which will lower sound quality drastically
