Not sure what I was going to use the butterflies for in my next project but while I was decorating my mom's Christmas tree, I realized something was missing. My tree on a budget was a bit lacking of more ornaments but since I didn't have anything else to adorn the tree with, I remembered I just got these butterflies in the mail and got them out. I simply placed them on the tree without adding any strings because I will repurpose them in another wall project. Not exactly what I wanted with 3-D objects, but placement gives you lots of creative options. Very easy to assemble but kind of fidgety - tiny adhesive strips for butterfly bodies. Easier if you bend and arrange the butterfly before itching to wall. I hoped for a heavier plastic - these are kind of flimsy but for a pool bathroom the price is right and they create an interesting focal point.
