Shipping took five business days which was pretty quick, and there were two FedEx tracking numbers for the two packages. It took about an hour to put together alone. The legs are in a box and weigh about 55 pounds, the 55x28 bamboo desk weighed about 30. The bamboo table top had pilot holes for the leg braces but not the middle braces, so you’ll want a hand drill to do your own pilot holes. The drill is also nice to drive in the screws tightly. This desk has little to no wobble side to side while fully extended. It does have a decent wobble front to back while fully extended to maximum height, but it’s not a big deal if your desk is against the wall. I don’t have mounted monitors, but with desk I’ll likely do that so my monitors don’t wobble. The bamboo top is excellent quality, has a smooth texture. The table top was also packaged completely surrounded by styrofoam so it was completely secure and undamaged. I’ve had this desk more than a week and use it about half the time standing and half the time sitting. It doesn’t take long to go from sitting to standing and the four settings to lock in a specific height is convenient. I got this with the bamboo 55x28 for $311 post tax while it was on sale and with a coupon, and I don’t regret the purchase and I’m satisfied with the product so far. I’d recommend it.

Great! The desk is very sturdy, and has very nice finish. That’s my first standing desk purchasing online and it works just great! Everything about it feels like high-end furniture, it’s really worth it. The legs are thick, smooth and made of steel, the raising and lowering is also very smooth. The motor on this desk is surprisingly quiet. I also love the bamboo surface, it has this non-slippery matte finish that holds everything at its place. Speak of the control panel, it has memory function to save 3 preferred sitting and standing heights, eliminating the need for manual adjustment every time. This personalized function enhances my experience and makes it effortless to find the perfect position for maximum productivity and comfort. And it also has a reminder function to reminds me to stand up! Totally got me! Overall, it’s a game-changer for my home office, love it!

The desk came in great packaging! Very well wrapped and protected so there were no damage at all. I like how it came the desk came in a separate package than the legs. It made it so much easier to be delivered, carry/transport and assemble. Putting it together is a pretty simple task. I followed the instructions step-by-step and had no issues with assembling. The desk itself is heavy so make sure that you are assembling it in the room you want it or close to the space you would like to place it (might be a little difficult to move around once assembled). The size I picked is the 55” x 28” in black frame and natural bamboo top. It is perfect for my dual monitor and plenty of extra workspace plus any additional décor you would like to include. I’ve used it a couple of times already and it is the perfect size for me. Some people might benefit more with a smaller size – depending how much space you have in your office/at home. The buttons to adjust the height of the desk are very simple and self-explanatory. I like how the buttons stick out a little bit and not a part of the desk/workspace. It prevents you from accidentally pressing the buttons and adjusting the height of the desk on accident. The style of the desk is very sleek and clean. I love the natural bamboo color of the table top and the quality of it as well. It does not look like it will easily get stained damaged. The desk also came with little wire holders to keep all the wiring of your desk organized and neat. I usually do not like the look of messy wires that all just hang loose on the back of the desk so this is such a great bonus/addition. I see myself using this desk for many years and it lasting in great condition for a really long time too!!

As a new MSW graduate I was really wanting to upgrade my whole "work from home space" and this desk far exceeded my expectations. The bamboo top is stunning + sleek, and I love how wide it is with ample space. I order the 55 x 28 inches bamboo tabletop with the white frame and highly recommend getting the bigger size! Perfect start out desk for new graduates wanting to work from home. I'm so excited and giddy to continue organizing and decorating it, but I am very pleased with how it looks so far. I also love that you can pre-set modes of where you want the desk to be (i.e standing up, sitting down etc). To be able to seamlessly switch from sitting to standing and so on at the touch of a button is so helpful. I always leave my full honest review therefore the only complaints I have is that shipping was delayed a few times (not really the company's fault but still thought it was helpful to include), + one of the bolts that came with the desk was defective on the top and you technically need all the parts so I was sweating there for a bit. I was able to have my boyfriend screw it on by hand, and the desk still came out remarkably stable *whoop whoop* Overall a great starter desk!

I bought this unit for my wife to use as a craft table. She needed to be able to both sit and stand at the table. The mechanism is very smooth and seems powerful. It has a 4 position adjustment that can be saved. An additional plus for her was the ability to drop it lower to use with her keyboard for the computer. The bamboo top seems substantial and very durable. I am fairly handy and this was super easy to put together. Good directions. It helps when you flip it over to have two people, but one person could probably do it on their own. I did order a plastic top for it since she uses stamping ink for her card crafts. It came rolled up and has been difficult to flatten out, but I'm sure it will over time. I also installed the Sanodesk wheels and they seem to work well. Very highly recommended.

18 month update - this desk is a safety risk! It seems to raise/lower if motion is detected. However if my chair armrest is underneath it won't stop until I lift the desk to pull my chair out. I'm still waiting for the day my hand is caught in the middle or another monitor is damaged. I am shopping for a replacement now. Not sure what to do with this one though. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ I have been using this desk for a couple of months now. I want to love it, but it has some flaws. Assembly was a breeze (for my husband lol) but the piece to hold the power supply did not have any instruction where to install it. I still have not figured it out. It is working where I have it for now and it has only fallen off once. The next issue, and more importantly, is why that piece fell off. After pressing a preset button to raise or lower, it will stop and reverse direction. I slid my chair underneath while raising the desk, it reversed unexpectedly and stopped on the armrests. The front of the desk lifted, and everything slid down the back, and monitors tipped over, thankfully against a wall. However one of my monitors did not survive. I had to lift the desk by hand to pull the chair out. Neither of these issues have prompted me to request a refund. Yet. Considering one is a safety issue I should do something before I get a finger or hand smashed, but returning furniture is such a pain.

Love the desk! I have the 78x30 Very beautiful. Its glossy easy to clean. I can fit a 34" Ultrawide + 2 more 27" montiors. You do have to drill your own holes which I guess I skipped over but wasn't to hard. Presets for heights are convenient. Worth the cost.

After a lot of research and weighing my budget, I decided to purchase this sit/stand desk. The dual motor function, simple controls and solid bamboo table-top are my favorite aspects. Assembly took me under an hour and the instructions were very simple to follow. I have to also say that the company provided fantastic customer service. After a couple of days of use, I noticed a clicking noise coming from my right table leg motor. After sending an inquiry to customer service, they asked a couple of questions and had me send a video of the issue. After reviewing the video, they quickly sent a replacement leg in less than two days. Overall I couldn't be happier with my new desk and knowing that I can reach out to customer service and receive prompt replies if I have any issues makes this a solid purchase for me.
