I was using a drill with a paint mixer to keep a of liquids evenly mixed despite them wanting to separate. After having bad results with overhead mixers and a few other styles, we tried this, and it worked perfectly! It had no problem holding the weight and handling the torque of a heavy-duty drill mixing 100 quarts of fluid.

I was a little disappointed at the overall feel of the item, but for $15 it does it's job well enough. As mentioned in other review, there is a lot of metal flashing and pour stumps from the casting process that were left as is and powder-coated over. While the clamp's ball-and-socket does let it rotate 360* and tilt about 45* in any direction, the 90* right angle slot is fixed. I had imagined the socket portion along with the tightening nut would swivel on top of the clamp section. The rubber pad of the fixed jaw left a black residue on my counter, when it slid off the first time. The movable jaw doesn't get much bite and tended to wallow while tightening it. The handle was hard to tighten with and I ended up using a Vice-grip for the last few turn to secure it. I do realize I have mine mounted in an awkward position, and that just snugly hand tightening it to a normal work surface might be totally adequate, but a T-handle Bar would be much appreciated. So only time will tell if the metal quality will hold up. For the money, it was worth it just to test out placing my Dremel there, if it breaks in a month, I won't feel bad. Still a 4/5!

My initial impression was very good, however I decided to move it a little. I was going to loosen it, slid it over & retighten it.The knurled knob is a kind of rubbery plastic. When I attempted to loosen it the knob just stripped out. It turned into a major project to dismantle the whole thing and re-glue. I hope I don't need to try it again. I don't think it will survive! Based on the description I wasn't sure if I could use this for my dremel, the internal dimension appeared to be too small. Turns out it fits perfectly. See photo I have a flex extension but also wanted to use this as a solid mount for a grinding wheel attachment. I'm very happy with this

It works and it's cheap. For the price you can't beat this. Not the highest quality metal, or machining and finishing of the parts, but more than good enough for it to stand up to reasonable expectations of how it can be used.

This Chinese product came rough and I had to hand file the ball joint to get rid of casting marks. There was also flashing that I had to grind away. Everything looks like it was made in a hobbyist's shop - cheap and slapped together. The clamp is especially egregious. I'm actually trying to figure out if I can use any of this or just throw it away.
