Nordic track S22i studio cycle. Purchased at the request of my SO. Saw some use to intermittent use over the past couple of years. Lack of a main power switch may have contributed to the issue on the bike. Board works as a plug and play replacement. Matches images as part of listing exactly. No issues with matching plugs. No issues with screw layouts. Disassembled per the below. Confirmed my board was bad (active power short even with all components disconnected). Plugged everything back in at the same locations on the new board. Reassembled and started up as normal. Good price point value for what I was able to locate and restore an expensive item to working order. Note the added resistor on the bottom left corner of the board. Appears to be a common improvement across these replacement boards. Hope this one holds up. Presented with a loss of function and the DC (round plug) would visibly spark when plugging into the bike. Disassembled the bike. You will need a phillips screwdriver for the housing and a set of allen/hex wrenches for the pedal. Pedal removal is the small central hex on the shaft and the two larger hex clamping the pedal. The side panel comes loose easily. Board itself is attached with three phillips. All clips come loose with pressure on the retaining press. I did provide power to the board disconnected (after confirming the DC output of the power supply with a voltmeter). Sparked on power plug insertion. Used voltmeter to check continuity at power points on board and found +/- continuity. Clean short. No components on my OEM board were visibly shorted/damaged.
