I can't begin to express how impressed I was with Mia, Charmor's representative, who handled an issue I had when there was a size discrepancy between the "matching" mirrors for my double sink bathroom vanity. She worked with me patiently to solve the problem, and she was prompt in answering all my product questions. I would highly recommend this product! We bought two of the 48x36 mirrors to use in a master bathroom renovation. They were exactly what we were looking for! Simple, elegant gold frames, very sturdy (~45lbs.) and absolutely perfect for the space. One of the mirrors came with a little bowing in it though which distorted the image, almost like a fun house. We were outside the 30 day Amazon return policy (bathroom reno took longer than expected, so we didn't notice the bowing until it was up on the wall), and Amazon wouldn't take it back without a $60 restocking fee. I contacted CHARMOR directly and Mia in customer service was fantastic! I sent her pictures of the distorted mirror, and she put in for a replacement to be sent to us at no cost. We received it in just a few days, and as you can see from the picture, it's on the wall and looks awesome! I'd definitely buy again from CHARMOR...great quality and great customer service!

This mirror is definitely large. Read the description before purchasing. The metal edging while being sturdy gives it a contemporary look. I would have liked the metal trip to be flat around the mirror. However, it worked for me hanging it in a guest room instead of the bathroom.

I love the look of this mirror. I only gave 4 stars because you do have to be careful not to bump it, it seems like it would be easy to knock it off the wall as it is does not anchor to anything on the bottom. But overall I like it and happy with the purchase.

Got this to replace the full mirror in the master bathroom remodel. I was worried due to the large size (72x36), that the mirror will not survive the delivery process. The package arrived safely, packing material is sturdy, mirror didn't shatter, pretty good on that. Even hubby is impressed. Installation is pretty straight forward. The mirror itself is nice. I did read some reviews about warping, especially on the side. I don't think ours has that issue. But if I got really close, like 2 to 3 inches away on the sides, I can see some warping. This is not a problem for us, as no one really use the mirror that way. The frame is nice and thin, which is the look I am going for. I only wish that the frame is less stick out. That surface area will get some dust and need regular wiping.
