Received the engine, put it on our bike. Runs terrible, blows oil, and gets terribly hot. Seller offered a $20 dollar discount and said to take it to our local shop to get repaired. Suggested that I put oil in it before operating, but failed to think that if it is blowing oil out it must have had oil put it. Please do not waste your money.

It runs great, plenty of power ! Had to do some extensions on the brake pedal to accommodate the new engine but I do really like the engine put on the 2003 xr70 honda

It was shifting fine for 2 days. Now it doesn’t go in to 1st unless you’re already riding and shift down. Sometimes it will shift up to 3 and 4 sometimes it’s just stuck in 2. Also jumping out of gear into neutral from time to time.

It came.with everything exvept the harness. But it fired right up and runs good. I put it in a bike for my daughter and she can kick start it fine

Engine works. Started right up once installed. This is not 4 up, this 1 down and 3 up. This is also set up for an electric start. The description is wrong. I made it work on my daughters dirtbike though I specifically picked this because it was supposed to by 4 up which what she was used to. Had to reseal the main seal on the gear that turns the chain, it started leaking oil immediately. Though it is an easy fix, it's not something we should have to fix so soon. Disappointed.

Swapped it into an ssr 125. Mounted right up, only issue was the drive sprocket was bigger and had one more tooth. Ran it for a couple hours and now it’s worn in and fine. great engine!
