D&B bags are such high quality leather - zippers, pockets and internal key holder make it my go to for everyday use. And it matches my car colors! This is almost the ultimate travel purse. The wide bottom means you actually put items like sunglasses and wallets inside. However the strap is a bit narrow for the weight of the bag and can dig a little if you load it up. It looks much more stylish than the anti theft purses that are often seen on the market but with the zippers and key leash you can keep items secure from pickpockets. After many years of marriage decided to upgrade the purchase of a handbag. So of course I chose Coach! Wrong decision! After checking several bags, we concluded the following. Quality was not there, especially in the feel of the pebble grain leather. The leather was hard to the touch on the interior of the bags seemed unfinished. On one bag, the zipper jammed. Also, the dimensions were not even close to that advertised, making it difficult to select a bag. The final bag did not even arrive. Very disappointing. After some thought I googled Italian leather handbags, and it came up with Dooney and Bourke. I liked the styles and finally ordered the one shown. As soon as the bag was in our hands, it was obvious that we had made the correct choice. The suppleness of the leather was fantastic, and the quality of the purse was outstanding. Even the interior was well finished with reinforce pockets, keychain, attachment, and a couple of eyeglass pockets .
