For the price it is alright. I though it came with the cooler bag. It does not. Smooth ride. Turns nicely. Did not come with instructions on how to put together. You will have to pop on the wheels, seats and bag. The bag that goes on the bottom. Do to the way it was made. The bad part of the bag that sits next to the wagon sags because there is no support in the back part. They should have added Velcro wraps for it. There are these little knobs that are on all four corners, that come out easy. The are loose. It’s for the top to be put on if you want. But they are easy for toddler to remove and a big choking hazard. So I would suggest throwing them out. It is bulky even when folded together. It is a big wagon. Cars it would take up most of truck space. Vans and SUV it would depend on how big your space is. I have a mini van. It takes up a little more than 1/2. The 4 seat wagon is great value for your money! I love that it folds up and secures tight for easy storage, the wagon itself has great storage and was easy to put together and good quality, I was able to lift and unload myself so the weight wasn’t too bad! The handle bars can be adjusted to a good height (I am tall) and my shins don’t hit the wagon while walking! My 5, 3 and 1 1/2 year old fit good in here with room and we’re safe with the harness! I LOVE LOVE LOVE this wagon! I have 3 boys 3 and under its perfect! We also live out in the country so I was worried about how it would do on gravel but it worked alot easier/better than I thought it would! I'll recommend this over and over again!

I am giving this product 2 stars because of the hassle for returning. You have to pay for shipping return and UPS was saying the return shipping would be more than the cost of the product itself. The wagon: difficult to maneuver and the canopy is a joke and comes apart easily. I would probably give the product itself 3 stars ... show more

It’s as heavy as it’s listed which is 40lbs. I have no problem moving that weight so I don’t mind it but if you’re not able to move that much weight then I would look for something smaller. Items this big that holds THIS much capacity isn’t going to weigh 15lbs. The only thing I have found annoying is when the canopy is up, it keeps popping off the corners every 5 minutes.
