This is much more beautiful in person. The platinum plating will help it avoid tarnishing. It has a lot of sparkle and in my opinion - it is believable. The top is loose of main pendant and helps the pendant move and pick up light. The chain is a surprise. I bought two of these pendants: 4-carat Rose gold tone and 3-carat white gold and I'm very happy with what arrived. They are so comfortable to wear and I love the adjustable chain that came with it. It's great for layering and the stones are so very brilliant even when they are dirty from sweat mixed with sunblock. Only a real diamond still shines thru dirt and grime but this one is next best affordable thing to own.
