Of the 4 pair, 2 fit great, 1 is a little snug but still OK, and 1 pair feels like it's a whole different size. Even the lengths are all a little bit different. But these were also the only sleeves I bought that actually fit at all so I'm keeping them. They are not compression sleeves. The 2 pair that fit well are actually a little loose on the lower arm. They do what I bought them for, which is cover up my arms after I apply medication to a skin condition. I only wear them for an hour at a time, maximum, so I'm not too worried about the one pair I can't wear. But be warned. You might get 4 different sizes... ... show more

I have trouble regulating my temperature, so I constantly have a fan going on near me. This can make me just a little bit too cold. I was looking for something that was light enough that it didn't make me warm, but only blocked the wind from the fan. These are perfect. They are as thin as a t-shirt, and that was exactly what I needed. I do tend to have very thin wrists, so they are really loose on me, for most of my arm. They are super stretchy without any pressure (for all of my "nerve issue" peeps). The top is held up by a piece of silicone or rubber and just sits on the skin, there's no squeeze of the arm, like with elastic. I only need to use them while lying and sitting still. As soon as I get up, they fall down. If you need them while moving, these might not be for you. I washed them in hot water and dried them on high. They didn't shrink. They are well made, with clean stitching. ... show more

Although at this time the title of these is claiming compression these are NOT Compression sleeves unless your arms are WAY bigger than mine... the fattest measurement on my left upper arm is 22" and there is still a lot of stretch room available. These are arm covers/warmers/coolers and fit extra-large upper arms perfectly for that sort of thing... Compression sleeves usually give arms a slimmer appearance these do not.
