If you are sitting at your computer (like I did) comparing several reader glasses and can't decide which ones to buy, then read through my review and opinion. I buy reader glasses because I only need them for close up reading of books or items I'm looking at in the store (with small writing), so I choose not to purchase expensive glasses from an eyeglass store. I've bought dollar store glasses and they are so cheap and fragile and don't last at all. A few years ago, I found a deal on some Foster Grant reader glasses and bought several pair in different reader strengths. Over time, in carrying them around in my cargo pocket of my pants, they would break. So when Amazon had their big sale, I started looking for an extra pair to have on hand. I chose this brand because it looks almost identical to the Foster Grants I previously had. There were 4 pairs in the set and one included sun shades, which I figured would be great if I read a book outside in the bright sun. In reading the reviews, the ones that worried me the most was where someone said the hinge on one of their glasses were broken on arrival and another review said the glass came apart from the frame. Luckily, my package arrived intact and they were packed well enough from Amazon and looked great when I checked them out. The hinges worked and the glass was secured to the frames. Everything looks fine. In my opinion, I believe some packages arrived and got damaged in shipping. Sometimes you might just get a bad set made in production. Each pair come with their own soft case, so I feel like unless you carry them around in a hard shell case, then over time, wear and tear will get the best of them. If you break down the price you paid for each of them total (which in my case was $4 each), and then also if you get close to a year's wear out of them before they break/wear out, then I would be happy. If you receive a defective pair upon arrival, then that is what Amazon's guarantee is for and you ship them back free for a refund. Sometimes things just happen during shipping. Also the description says to contact the seller fro a No Risk Warranty and Customer Satisfaction. Seems like anything you buy nowadays is not meant to last. So if over time, one pair wears out, then I would just get out one of the other pairs and not really complain. Remember, nothing lasts forever. As I said, they look great and stylish. There are different colored frames that you receive and I compare these to the Foster Grants you would get at the Walmart pharmacy or drug store. Which cost about $15 each. Hope this helps you figure it out.

I can't rave about these enough. I have tried multiple types of over the counter reading glasses from weird companies on Amazon, even expensive ones with a single pair being sent. None of them even come close to the comfort level, accuracy, and longevity these glasses have. Even though Amazon marked them as 3 weeks out for shipping, mine shipped only 4 days after ordering.

For the price, you can't bet it! I was honestly surprised by how comfortable these are. My hat size is 7 3/8" for those of you that know your size this might help you decide. Most all of the ones that you buy at Walgreens or Dollar General feel like they pinch my head. These don't do that! Added bonus of having multiple pair is I can finally find a pair when I need them. Overall, I would recommend these.
