I bought these for my Masterbuilt 560 Smoker. The smoker has an electronic control and a phone app that controls the settings. The smoker works great, but these probes don't seem that compatible with the smoker. I used them the first time smoking a pork butt and I never got the meat to the "correct temperature" according to the probes. After longer than I would have normally smoked the meat, I took it out and it looked good. I think these probes were reading incorrectly and neither read the same temperature between them. When I tried it a second time, the electronic controller threw error codes until I removed the probes, then the smoker worked perfectly with the OEM probe that came with the smoker. Also, one of these probes pulled out of the sheath when trying to get it back out of the grommet on the side of the smoker attesting to the poor quality of build. My suggestion is for anyone interested in additional probes to get them from Masterbuilt rather than one of the knockoffs. I would not buy these probes again. ... show more

My smoker stopped smoking and I was concerned that I would need to find an expensive replacement, but after watching a few videos I saw that these parts could be come inoperable after a while. I bought these two made the quick switch and BAM! Back to smoking meat!!!

    • Great replacement for Masterbuilt Gravity Series
I destroyed the probe for my Masterbuilt Gravity 560 grill and these are a perfect and inexpensive replacement. Worked great and don't seem any lesser quality than the OEM Masterbuilt ones.

Bought these with the hope they would fit my MES140, but they do not. Masterbuilt does not offer a replacement for these.

    • Also Fit Pit Boss Pellet Smokers Perfectly
Recently sealed all the smoke leaks around the doors and fittings on my Pit Boss Laredo 1000 Pellet Smoker. Pit Boss doesn't make a replacement grommet with smoke blocking flaps. Bought these hoping they would fit the Pit Boss temperature probe openings, and they fit perfectly. They definitely limit the amount of smoke loss through side openings in the grill. Just another tweak to make sure the smoke stays with what your cooking and exits through the stack as intended. ... show more
