Well, I have to share after years of telling my husband I was going to re-upholster our dining room chairs (family of 4 kids, 2 large dogs and 2 adults), I realized I truly didn’t have the time to do so. The rips in cushions gotten so bad, and in-laws were coming for Easter dinner. I decided to quickly find a decent look chair cover. (Fingers crossed) First! Package arrived in nice packaging it was classy as if I bought at a department store. Second! The pattern and colors were stylish, similar to pottery barn colors I use throughout the house. They were perfect! Third! Fabric was so soft and smooth to the touch, yet hardy and thick enough to cover the exiting black cushions without being see through. Fourth! Simple to put on with lots of room if needed. I had bought upholstery pins to tack into chairs, as a mother reviewer mentioned, but realized I didn’t need them. Would definitely recommend to anyone and so excited I purchased these!!! See pics. **UPDATE** I have washed these seat covers three times now. Color has remained as originally purchased, stitching still strong no signs of wear and no shrinkage. Happy customer! 🙂 ... show more

The stretch is normal and easy to install. Fit chairs perfect but the fabric is too light - meaning you can see the style of my chair fabric thru the chair cover but beyond that they are nice, luckily my actual chair color is gray so it doesn’t stand out as much.

LOVE these chair covers. Our dining chairs are a bit wider than most and they fit perfectly! Lots of give in the fabric yet they fit snuggly without moving around.
