I purchased the 4 bag set of 50 gallon bags. I've used smaller bags in the past, but decided to go/grow bigger this year. These bags are very sturdy and will hold up well, I believe, for multiple seasons. The small pruning shears that were included were a welcome bonus. One thing that I would suggest is that the seller include soil capacity instructions, since potting soil isn't typically sold by the gallon. I decided to buy 32 quart bags and bought 20 (with delivery the soil was almost $250, so that's something to consider as well). I actually didn't need that many. I found that 3 bags of the 32 quart size per grow bag, plus 1 more split between each of the bags filled them to more than 3/4 full. So I ended up using 13 of the 20 bags of soul. It's OK, I'll probably use the rest for a fall planting. All in all, I'm very pleased with the size, sturdiness and reusability of these bags. ... show more

Just what I expected. Holds the soil really well and does not collapse. I’m using these to trellis Jack o lantern pumpkins and they are great. Will update in a few months as well

I ordered two of these grow bags and you could really grow a lot of edible plants. I grew tons of strawberries in one of them, and cabbage in the other one. Very convenient. I would definitely go with a denser type of soil, rich in organic matter.

    • UPDATE on Missing Pruning Shears

These bags appear to be of high quality, but I am unable to use them yet as I am waiting for a response from Margaz regarding the shears being missing from my order. These bags are on the pricier side and as with other purchasers, the free shears were a factor in my decision to choose these particular (more expensive) ones. I just want what I pay for and what is promised through their advertising. If they choose to ignore me or refuse to make good on the missing shears, these bags will go back to them as a matter of principal... I don't want my $$$ supporting a company that doesn't honor their own advertising. I will update this review if they DO make it good. 04.24.22 As promised I feel an update is needed. I complained about the missing shears to Magarz and within 24 hrs. I had a refund, an apology and was able to keep the product, which is excellent. So I am now awarding 5 stars and clarifying that this company DOES in fact stand by it's clients, above and beyond I'd say, and I will be returning here to purchase all my future grow bags. It took longer for Amazon to post my review than it did for Magarz to make things right! What matters most to me is the integrity of the company and their product..
