I bought this table about a year ago. It came out of the box with one of its panels crushed. There was no response from the seller, who we had delivery issues with, so we knew how to contact him. We tried to repair the split piece using wood glue. The table never sat straight. If you're playing pool, all the balls just roll to one side (easy to get them in the holes, at least). The wood topper that covers the table during regular non-game use, just sits on the top with no method to fasten it or keep it in place. As we try to eat or play a game, it keeps shifting. The air hockey puck is so light that it floats off anytime it's hit. I bought a heavier puck, but the air flow is not strong enough to keep it moving. The ping pong net connects to the other side of the table top that does not have a way to fix it in place. Touch the table and it all moves. The net itself fastens to the the table without a cutout area. Since the metal fastening the net is always rubbing on the table, it wears the middle area quickly, in addition to raising the center area the height of the metal clasps. I was told by the seller that it would only take a "couple of guys" to bring it in and set it up. FIVE professional movers eventually got it done. This table was a disappointment from start to finish. I could have (and should have) gotten a regular billiard table for the cost of this flimsy, poorly designed paper weight. ... show more

THE PRODUCT: Overall meets its expectations. It is a descent size, works great and brings plenty of hours of entertainment. However, I wish that the manufacturer would have taken more consideration with packaging, as part of the product arrived damaged (flimsy-very cheap packaging). CUSTOMER SERVICE COMMUNICATION: My experience communicating with the customer service SimbaUSA was great, they quickly got back to me and shipped me replacement part. RESULT: BELOW EXPECTATIONS; The replacement part I received was USED!!!!! and was also slightly damaged due to it quality (manufactured wood-"compressed wood"). Providing a USED part was a poor decision by SIMBAUSA and cheating the customer from they what they pay. I'm happy I received a "better part", but I loss my trust in SIMBAUSA for future purchase. PERSONAL TAKE: I can't believe they have the audacity to send an USED part for replacement, especially when we are talking about "compressed wood" for that matter. ... show more

    • Great product but inflexible customer service
Just purchased the product via Amazon. Working well and no issues. However, the Amazon sold version does NOT include the benches. I contacted Simba USA to buy benches separately. Their chat never responded even thought I was #1 in queue for over 30 minutes and they offered no solution or alternatives. Very disappointing customer service experience. Very simple transaction to maintain a new customer satisfied yet they were cold and obstinate. ... show more

It’s made with cheap wood. The air push for air hockey is weak. Why would you pay over $2,000 for something like this? I’d pay no more than a $1,000 and that’s with a stronger air push for the air hockey..
