  • This is a neat compact board with a mix of features
I was surprised by a number of things on this little mixer... some good and some not as good. The basics are pretty good on it. Comes with 2 wireless mics that auto connect to the board and they worked well out of the box. I also used a dynamic plugin mic on the board and that worked as well. The channel high / low dials worked ok and the overall EQ bands for the output were also good. You can 1/4" out from the board or use 3.5mm headphones as well and that all works. The wireless mics though share the 1st channel on the board. And you can plug in a mic or instrument as well. Which on the one hand is cool cause you can have 2 mics and a 3rd mic or instrument sharing that channel meaning you can have more sources than you think on it. However, the volume for that channel controls both wireless mics the same along with whatever you plug in. They are all shared.. so that is a bit awkward. Another neat feature was a usb port for playing and recording to a usb stick. I put some mp3s on a usb stick, plugged it in and the board recognized they were there and started playing the first track no problems. You can fwd and back button to move between the available track but no advanced control to pick songs or anything. Very basic playback. You can also record to the usb stick by pressing the mode button to toggle to REC mode where you can play / pause toggle recording to mp3 files on the stick. This works but its all very basic and to be honest the quality of the recording was not great. There was a lot of noise on the recording like I had a mic too hot but could not hear that in the headphones when recording it. So not very good there. Next is the bluetooth option which also worked well. I connected my phone super easy and was able to play tracks thru the board. However, there is no volume on the board for the BT source. You can only control the volume from the source BT device, in this case my phone. Not very convenient but the playback worked find and was clear. The last thing that I thought I must just be misunderstanding was the FX option. There is an FX knob on the channels that do a reverb / delay kind of FX. But there is no option to change to a different effect that I could find on the board or in the directions, which are obviously translated to English just so-so. There may be a way to change them but I was unable to find out how. All in all the basics of this is pretty cool. Its a tiny board with 2 built in wireless mics and all those basic things (plus bluetooth) is great! It just gets a bit odd for fx, mp3 recording and sharing channel 1 between 2 mics and another input. ... show more

  • Fantastic 4 channel sound board
So I'm kinda new to this thing so I won't be able to use all the terms of someone who has been doing sound for years. I have some general knowledge and find this board very easy to use. The mics hook up super easy! And are easy to control and set up. Easy to run to the speakers you want and to hook up music via aux or usb. Works pretty seamless. I haven't tried running instruments through it yet so I can't speak to it but seems pretty straight forward. As far as build.... feels very solid and like it can stand up to some wear and tear., You know gigging and what not. I love the small size and think it's a great option. Especially for the price with two wireless mics! ... show more

  • Mics are unusable
I needed two wireless mics and at least one more audio channel. On paper this mixer has what I needed, It has four channels. There are two mono mic channels and two more channels that can be combined into a right a left for stereo. One thing I noticed right away was there is no mute button for any of the channels. You have to twist the small level knob all the way down to mute a channel. To unmute you need to remember exactly where it was before and get it set perfectly. The biggest disappointment is the mics. They claim to have 180 foot range in open air. At a few feet away I get occasional dropouts. At 30 feet away they completely drop out. Even at 10-15 feet away, if you turn around so your body is between the mixer and the mic, it completely cuts out. Even facing the mixer at 15 feet away the frequent dropouts of the audio makes them unusable. The mics feel solid and are mostly metal, but they need to work. This mixer is not worth the price when the mics don't work. ... show more

  • Nice bundle for a beginner.
This is a nice bundle set for someone who's just getting into audio recording. The microphones are decent i did get a interference with one of them though when I used them with my karaoke system not sure quite it was coming from since there was no other equipment on other than my karaoke system and this mixer and microphones. But they still work well enough just be sure to speak directly into the microphone and not off to the sides you'll find that it wont pick up everything clearly. The mixer is small but it does offer a bit considering its smaller size. It has XLR Interface and the 48V Phantom Power to help drive the xlr mics ( XLR microphones not included) it just has the interface for them. You got Bluetooth as well as a USB connection so you can run it through your phone smartphone or your computer or laptop whichever. And it does a decent job recording you also have connection for headphone monitoring and a few other neat things to play around with as well. The overall recording sound is decent and again that's why I would recommend it for someone just starting out if you don't have a whole lot of money and you want to start doing some audio recording whether it be podcasting or live broadcasting or connect it up to your karaoke perfect. It functions well and it's pretty good value especially if you're just starting out don't have a whole lot of money this would be perfect. ... show more

  • Solid as a tank, and built to last!
I got this as a backup to my main mixing board. Something lightweight and exceedingly portable to add to my travel kit for emergencies should my main board break down. This does not disappoint. In fact, it's so good, I'm thinking of making the main board my backup (!!). Did I mention that a slight weight? Well, it is, because it's small, but it is heavy for its size, and very solid. Sound reproduction and Fidelity are excellent, both from the board, and from the included wireless microphones. Very handy to have that built in and not have to have a separate device come up by the way! It has the footprint of a medium sized book, and still manages to fit in an equalizer and Bluetooth and condenser microphone phantom power capability. It's practically perfect for what it is. What more could you want? 10 stars, but I can only give it five! ... show more
