  • EASY settup
Size: 4GB + 64GB
The product was smaller than i expected, however as someone who uses a variety of sketch books small and large. Its about the size of a small sketchbook, has a zoom function, eraser, 3 layers to use. personally i use layer 1 for pose, layer 2 for body, then erase layer 1 pose and make it for face details, and layer 3 i use for clothing and hair. It has a Undo/Redo option, but i had to take awhile to find the option to bind it to something to undo/redo (using the volume button as my undo/redo) Zoom function requires 2 fingers (pinch to zoom in, the opposite to zoom out) This product is easy to to set up, connect it to the wifi, then type in your email. After that waited less than 5 min for it to update. After that your good to use it and find the drawing apps. They also have a app to draw your won gif, or make a video with your sketches. Only had it for a few days I'd say its ideal for starting off for anyone who wants to make a Web Comic or Manga possibly. Product was sent to me was sent to me fully charged battery. ^-^ ... show more

  • Great customer service!
Size: 4GB + 64GB
I purchased a tablet in October of 2023, used it only a few times and it got to the point where the tablet would not charge at all in March of this year. I contacted customer service and they responded immediately and offered to fix or replace (with a small fee of $30). I decided to have it fixed and shipped it back to them. About a week later they contacted me to let me know that parts to fix my tablet were not readily available and that it would take much longer to fix than the anticipated 4 to 6 weeks. They offered to replace my tablet instead and did not charge the $30. I received my new tablet yesterday. I am very happy with the level of customer support I received. ... show more

  • YES to this Tablet!
Size: 4GB + 64GB
Okay, so far.....I love this tablet!! It's lightweight enough to take anywhere, yet the screen is enormous, so you don't have to keep your ideas contained to tiny area. The pen is great and it even comes with a protective case to keep your investment safe. I researched many different drawing tablets before choosing this one, I didn't want anything super cheap but I also didn't want to break the bank. I had a surface pro years ago and this appears to do all of the same things for around $190 bucks. Easy enough for adults and children to use and navigate. I have yet to explore all of the features it offers, but I will say I'm impressed with the options and features so far. I gave it 4 stars because once the battery died, I could not get it to charge again. I tried different cords, boxes, and outlets. I even started the Amazon return process yesterday.....when the thing started to charge!! So....fingers crossed it charges completely and holds the charge. I would definitely recommend this product to everyone despite this one issue I'm having. It could be a loose port or something that only affects my device!! So if your in the market for a drawing tablet that won't break the bank....here it is!! ... show more

  • Awful battery life and slow pen
Size: 4GB + 64GB
I ordered this tablet back in January 2021 and today it's basically dead. I used it a few times, hoping I'd be able to draw some sketches while I was away to then transfer to my computer at home to finish on my large drawing tablet, but the thing is just, bad. I use Paint Tool Sai and Clip Studio Paint but the tablet can only really handle the apps it comes with. Trying to use any other app is a nightmare since the screen is tiny, and so are the buttons. I decided to use Sketchbook and oh, my, god. For a few seconds, it would be fine, but after a bit, I noticed the tablet wouldn't register the quick swipes my pen would make while sketching which is what almost everyone does when sketching. It was extremely annoying and even when trying to just draw slowly, I could see there was a delay when dragging the pen. It's not just the pen, it's the whole tablet in general. When I tried using my fingers to play games, it wouldn't register my tapping and I'd have to really press my finger into the screen for a few seconds for it to register my "taps." The thing really wants you to use the pen it came with, because it won't accept any other drawing pen or stylus I own. It doesn't even like my finger. Then there's the battery life. There is almost none. When the app has a full battery, it starts to drain when you're not even using it. After using the tablet, I would always try to put it into off mode when putting it away but when I'd pick it back up a few days later, it wouldn't turn on at all. The thing dies even when it's off. It charges extremely slowly too. With my phone, after it dies I'd plug it in and after a few minutes, I'd be able to turn it back on. This tablet though? Nope. I picked it up recently in hopes I could put some use to it by installing some rhythm games on it, but it wouldn't turn on. Remembering its awful battery life, I plugged it in and waited about 20 minutes. I go to see if it had enough to even turn on and... nothing. I pressed the buttons, and I held it down, but nothing. I wonder, maybe it never started charging in the first place? So when I plug it back in, I press the power button and it shows me an image of a drained battery. Yup, it's being charged, it just won't turn on until it has more charge that'll probably take a few hours. I've had it plugged in for almost an hour now and the dang thing still won't fully turn on. I don't think it's broken, I've only had it for almost 2 years and it's been used maybe like, 5 times. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT. The price makes it look appealing but you're not getting what you pay for. Just wait and save up until you can buy a decent IPad with procreate on it, or a Wacom tablet, almost the same price, that plugs into most laptops and PC's. ... show more
