The grey mats looks perfect in my new kitchen. Have brand new faux plank wood grey flooring, wanted to relieve stress aid in comfort when standing for a long time as well as keep the floors protected. While I already had fatigue mats from Cost Co (use one in bathroom in front of the sink now)... needed a runner size and decided that ordering a matching set was the way to go. I wasn't sure what to expect when ordering this mat. I was hoping it would help the pain I feel in my back when I wash dishes, but wasn't extremely hopeful that a mat would make a difference. Well, I've been pleasantly surprised. This mat is a huge help, it's so soft to stand on, alleviates much of my back pain, and makes washing dishes less of a chore. It's soft and thick, and doesn't slip; it doesn't move unless I move it to mop, and it's very easy to clean. Also, my cat took an immediate liking to it--hence the tiny claw marks in the photo.
