These wheels work great! I have a torch cart with oxygen and acetylene bottles on it that is very heavy, and every time I need to move it, the tires were flat., Well, Not Anymore! Solid hand truck wheels that are never flat. There is nothing worse than a handtruck with flat tires and in my experience, the pneumatic tires normally go flat and are often tubeless creating a useless situation. These tires have been perfect and make my handtruck extremely reliable. I can even use it to move large rocks around the yard without the fear of a sharp rock causing an air leakage. These roll so much easier then the old tube tires! The instructions said they would get flat spots if left sit. They do and they are on a 2 wheel wood chipper, so there is some weight on them. I just kick a block of wood under it now and get the weight off the wheels when sitting in the garage. Doesn't seem to get flat spots from sitting in the woods or on dirt though? These wheels were a perfect fit to replace the old, always low or flat pneumatic wheels - same outside tire diameter as the old ones, same 5/8 inch axle fit, and a slightly narrower hub width than the old, which avoids possible problems than if it was somewhat wider than the original wheel. I added some washers to take up some of the axle play, but it wasn't necessary for proper function. The valve stem setup on the old pneumatic wheels did not look to be compatible with using inner tubes as a solution, and installing tubes in those little tires looked to be more of a challenge than I was interested in. And with tubes, per ongoing experience with bicycle tire tubes, I still might have a frequent low or flat tire to deal with. Now, it's a once and done (with flats) wheel swap out.
