The 3x5 Flag Pole Kit is a great addition to my outdoor space. The flagpole is sturdy, weather-resistant, and works well even in high winds. The tangle-free feature is a big plus, as it keeps the flag from twisting around the pole. However, the one downside is that taking the flag down requires unscrewing the bottom two bolts, which can be a bit cumbersome. It would be nice if there was an easier mechanism for removing the flag, especially during stormy weather or when needing to change flags. Overall, it’s a solid flagpole that offers great value for the price, but a more convenient removal process would make it even better. ... show more

Nice sturdy . Pole screws together with flag clip holders on both ends. Nice adjustable holder . I didn't expect the nuts and bolts to hold the desired height of flag. These have to be removed to angle the flag, where others have one nut to turn and adjust.

I purchased this to hang my NFL flag. I really like this pole, the only issue is this pole is made for flags with holes. My flag didn't have the holes. It slides over the flagpole nice, but I have to have it laying straight out so my flag does not bunch up LOL. I'm going to have to get one of those plastic sleeves. So for the time being I used one of the hooks on the front end of my flag to keep it from bunching up LOL. Other than that this is a good flagpole. I'm not upset with my purchase. ... show more

I bought a nice flag with sewn stripes and embroidered stars a couple of years back, but hanging it from the eaves with two nails makes it look like somebody died, which I haven’t yet. Besides it was increasingly aggravating me that some people feel the flag is only for those with their same point of view, though it belongs to everybody. So I ordered a pole and put up the flag, where it will stay day and night until the winter rains arrive. I was encouraged when they handed me the box at the post office and it weighed quite a bit. It is indeed a high quality metal flagpole, with rotating rings and clips to keep it from getting tangled up in the wind. The rings are plastic, but they should hold up well for the rest of my life, unless I break a hundred. It’s six feet long with a nice ball on the top, and the mount is adjustable at several angles. At first I was wondering about the wisdom of mounting it down tight with the enclosed hardware, since removing it requires tools, unless I missed something. But it won’t blow away, a real possibility where I live, and it would be too much trouble for a miscreant to snaffle the pole, also not unheard of. My only suggestion for the manufacturer would be to include wingnuts as an optional way of mounting the pole to the holder; they would probably add maybe eight or ten cents to the material costs. Also, a tiny wrench was included, but it didn’t fit the nuts; thankfully I am not short on tools (even ordinary pliers would work). All in all, I am happy with my purchase. ... show more
