Bought this for some projects on the laser and it is SO much easier than gluing. It is kinda wasteful on stuff you have to do a lot of cutouts on but very time saving.

    • Poorly cut roll
I was in a bind and needed to order some 3m quickly while I wait for my bulk order. I was worried about buying too much so I only got one roll. This is not cut well..the ends were gummy and slightly bent in as if not stored well. When you unraveled the roll the edges pull off the sheet creating voids in the area that can be applied. It kept gumming up on the edges when i pried it apart. Disappointment. I need more but I will look elsewhere. This stuff is too expensive to have so much waste ... show more

    • Great for laser machine products.
This stuff is a life saver. I have a 10 watt diode laser and cut out a lot of smaller pieces and letters. Before I heard of this, I was gluing each little piece onto the larger build. It was messy and a pain in the butt. This stuff is incredible. Laser cuts right thru it without having to change any settings. When I put a piece with this tape on it onto whatever I am making, it is still level with the other pieces. That was a main concern of mine that it would be a tiny bit taller than the non taped pieces, but it is not. Worth the money for sure. I will not go back to gluing! ... show more

    • Not for vinyl transfer!
OK so I can see how this would be good for other things, but just a note. I purchased this because my transfer tape for vinyl cutting projects was not able to pick up a new type of vinyl I purchased. Well this product picked up the new vinyl all right, and left it with a very sticky coating. In the end I had to scrap my whole cut because it was covered in adhesive. ... show more
