I absolutely LOVE this eye mask. I’m usually not a fan of sleep masks because they feel constricting on my eyes and they get pretty stuffy and uncomfortable. But this eye mask is unbelievable! It is SO soft and the gel makes it sit perfectly around my eyes. It isn’t too close to my eyes but not too big on my face either, it’s the perfect size. It is a little weighted, but nothing overbearing, it actually is very soothing like a weighted blanket but for your face. I put this in the fridge/freezer for hours before I sleep or nap and the gel always stays soft but also cool. Some days, I forget to put it in the fridge, but it still stays pretty cold just because of the gel. The fabric is not irritating at all, which is surprising because I have sensitive skin and a lot of fabrics make my skin break out. It is super easy to clean I just use an alcohol pad to wipe it. It usually takes me hours to fall asleep but this does the job in literally 10 minutes. It blocks out light completely and the fabric never actually touches your eyes because of the space. It helps so much with any headaches and puffiness as well. I wish I had gotten one for my parents too!

LOVE this, dont really use it in the fridge or microwave to warm/cool it but it naturally stays cool and feels great on my face. does a good job of blocking out the light and its a nightly use for me. Very much worth the price and the bag it comes in is pretty cute.

Bought it for my wife to be able to sleep during the day. It works great, soft and comfortable, even better with the ability to warm or cool it. It fits her well. The only problem I have is the location of the strap, it's right on the ears. It's a little uncomfortable for me to use it as it was pressing against my ears. But I wasn't an issue for my wife

I really wanted to like this mask. I had been looking for something that didn't put pressure on my eyeballs when used overnight. It was very comfortable the first night. But when I woke up my eyes were extremely puffy, there was a pressure mark across my forehead, and a bit of redness across the upper bridge of my nose. I tried it three more nights, each time loosening the head band. I still woke up with extremely puffy eyes because the mask is weighted. It doesn't feel very heavy, but it definitely applies pressure. I gave it one star because I think it might be good for short-time (10-15 minutes) use heated or chilled.
