I’m a very light sleeper that wakes up with any light in the room. I grew up as a child with a green shade that’s made sleeping as an adult impossible unless I have blackout shades. I bought new curtains in my bedroom that are light filtering and kept waking up at sunrise. Once I bought these, I sleep until 8 or 9 on weekends. Great purchase would recommend these!

This is the best eye mask I have ever used! I have a fake eyelashes so I need an eye mask to protect them at night. This one has cooling, and my eyelashes are fully protected. There is room in there for me to blink my eyes if I want to. It is slightly cooling. I have never tried it in the refrigerator, but I bet that would be amazing for migraines. The thickness is perfect. It is completely like blocking. The quality is amazing. So happy with this product! I’ve had many eye masks and none of them feel as comfortable as this one.

This thing gave me a crazy allergic reaction, and I have never gotten an allergic reaction in my life. I’ve been wearing eye masks for years with no problems. I just bought this because my old one was getting worn out. It worked fine for 3 weeks and suddenly out of nowhere I woke up and the areas around my eyes and my cheek bones are swollen and have red bumps almost like pimples. I do not have sensitive skin whatsoever so this is very strange. I went on here to read the reviews and apparently has happened exactly to other people. I’d avoid it completely and save the headache. There must be something in the cooling gel that causes this kind of reaction. For the first few weeks it worked great, I even thought, how does the cooling gel get so cold every night when I only store it in the drawer, but when it’s too good to be true there’s something off for sure.

so I picked up this sleeping face mask after getting tired (pun fully intended) of the cheap ones that let in more light than my living room curtains. First off, the fit on this mask is actually impressive. It hugs my face just right no awkward gaps, no weird pressure points, and most importantly, absolutely zero light creeping in from the sides. For someone who’s easily woken up by even the smallest hint of sunrise, that’s a total game changer. The whole thing is super lightweight, so I barely notice it once it’s on, which is exactly what you want when you’re trying to drift off. The real MVP here, though, is the cooling gel over the eyes. It feels ridiculously soothing, especially if you’ve had a long day staring at screens or you wake up with puffy eyes. Honestly, it’s like a spa treatment and a blackout curtain for your face, all in one. That said, it’s not totally perfect. The only downside is that the strap, while adjustable and generally comfortable, does have a habit of bothering me behind the ears if I’m tossing and turning a lot. After a few nights, it became the one thing I’d notice if I was having trouble getting comfortable. Not a dealbreaker, but definitely something to be aware of if you’ve got sensitive ears.

Oh my Goddness this is the best sleep ever!😴it is so comfy and cool there is no light entering...I will not sleep without now that I've found this💯♥️🙌 so I do keep it in its bag and I double put it inside a zip lock bag to put in fridge in the morning before I go to work when I start to bed at night it's so cold and I absolutely have to have it! It helps with my hot flashes so I sleep 1000000% better at night you can adjust the size you need.
