These busy boards are the best for rainy days or when they kids can not go outside. This one unlocks a done of different options for kids to build and explore different mechanics within an engineering mindset. My son who is only two years old loves to play with this set and has been able to create some very interesting designs. The product does seem very well made and the couple months my son and daughter have been playing with this set we have had zero issues at all. Even without batteries or turning the set on they still find allot of enjoyment with playing with it almost everyday since received.

I have a three-year-old son who is in love with this busy board! It's helping him with his colors and counting and the little engineer in him absolutely adores the different gears and cranks that you can use with this busy board in freestyle mode as well as the adorable characters. The voices and music coming from the busy board are fun and energetic, but not so loud that they're annoying to anyone else in the family. The board is very responsive and as long as you have the cards in the slot facing correctly (it's not difficult, they just go in a specific way... a child can do it) the board reads the cards and works perfectly. This busy board is made EXTREMELY well. It's very sturdy. It requires three AAA batteries (not included) that are secured in a battery compartment that is held shut with a small screw. This is a great safety feature because I'm confident my son won't be able to get the batteries out and perhaps place them in his mouth. The entire unit is just well-built and as a parent, I absolutely LOVE the fact that all pieces and parts of the board (including the cards) can be stored in the board itself. It's like a small, solid storage container that just happens to be made to entertain and educate your child. This item is incredibly giftable. My son is going to get a lot of use out of it because, while it's educational, it's also fun. The busy board comes in a very sturdy box that would be easy to wrap. (I hate wrapping presents, so anything that comes in a uniform box that's a square or a rectangle and can be wrapped in five minutes or less is a win for me.) The box itself is so nice that you really don't even have to wrap it to give it as a gift if you don't want to. While I think the busy board is an extremely great value for the price they're charging (honestly, they could probably get away with charging twice as much and it would still be worth the money) neither the item nor the box look cheap or inexpensive. This looks, feels, and acts like a toy that you'd buy in an upscale children's store that exclusively carries high-end toys. This is a great toy for little ones that arrived super fast, is packaged well, and is fun, educational, and sturdy. Truly, this might be the best busy board I've gotten for my son (and I've gotten several.) 10/10 product, five stars!

I like the idea of this item. I bought for my 5 year old son and was planning to use it at work too (occupational therapist for kids 0-3). It was less interactive than I wanted. My son wasn’t interested in it after he tried to put a couple pieces on but failed. I really wanted for the gear portion but I returns so I could buy an alternate “gear” type toy that would be a bit simpler to use.

It's great to see a child get a learning toy that they think is fun. Adding a fun component to the task of learning makes it so much better! This item arrived in great shape in a sturdy box. All the components of the board fit inside it so there is a reduced chance of losing pieces. The three AAA batteries are not included but we have drawers full of them. I don't love that the battery compartment is screwed shut but I understand it's a safety feature. The volume level is a bit low for me but our granddaughter seems to have no issue with it. It's fun for adults to play along or just watch the little ones do it on their own. There is so much they can do with all the different options in the box that I can't possibly address them here but suffice it to say that it will keep kids busy for as long as they want. I wish more toys were conceived and built this well. And it makes a great gift at a very affordable price.

The “THE BAMBINO TREE_3D Busy Board Toddler STEM Toys - Montessori Learning for Toddlers and Kids Age 3-5 - Educational Talking Flash Cards, Activity Center, Building Blocks and Music” is not all it crackup to be. The pieces is sized for little hand, an adult will needed to setup and organized all the pieces before let the little one go at it. Once the card insert-the correct way- questions and answers is not always match as there are no way the device can verify if a substitute has been used; an older person have to be there to provide additional guidance (same color-size). When it works the sound (provided by 3AAA batteries lock in the bottom) is not too loud, properly less than all the rackets the kids did. As for my gg-grandson and gg-granddaughter it took them about 1 1/2 hours max, before they got bore. They do a good time trying yelling, laughing all the while learning. --

Pieces don't fit together well, definitely too hard for my smart 3 year old granddaughter. They have to follow instructions, unable to be creative on their own.
