    • You get a good two months of scent. It takes three months to dry out.

This scent is very strong for the first two weeks, almost overbearing. The scent then it becomes more subtle, yet it's still noticable. The scene then will start becoming less noticeable after about two months. Eventually the contents in the jar will dry up completely within a three month time. I've waiting until the the jar was empty to do my review. I'd say it's worth the purchase, but just keep in mind that as with any home fragrance item, the scent gradually fades as time goes on. As far as the scent is concerned, think roses that just went through a down pour of rain on a brisk morning during the middle of spring. Very specific, I know. I’m so happy with the purchase! I soaked the sticks and flipped them immediately before putting it in my walking closet, and the room was filled with rich and the pleasant rose smell in an hour. I even have to remove a stick to lighten the smell a little. I think it should work in a bigger room like a bedroom as well. As comparison, I also used diffusers from a few other brands. Some of them are not noticeable until you walk very close to them, which is meaningless in my opinion. So i’m really pleased with this one! I hope this lasts a reasonable amount of time! I wanted a subtle scent for my office to freshen things up a bit, but the scent was too strong, even after I removed several reeds. I started getting a headache on the 2nd day it was in my office, so I put it in a large multi stall bathroom in my office. I guess it was too strong for one of my coworkers because she took it outside to throw it away. The scent is pleasant - I kind of liked it and it reminded me of the smell of a hair salon (not sure if that makes sense - maybe it would be better to say that it smells like the hair products of the salon I go to).
