I don't know how the original screws got so stripped on my DeWalt miter, but they weren't coming out. The backup flathead grooves weren't deep enough to catch, so we had to cut deeper with a Dremel to remove them. Replacements fit perfectly although, if they are just as soft as the originals, this could be an issue again. Making sure they are not overtightened this time! ... show more
