update, after install the loaded prewired pickguard it really was Not needed, the one that came with the guitar is fine i guess it matches the body tone wood, the guitar is fairly loud and way..... so out of the box your good to go. i am very impressed with this purchase for the price and the thought that went into the package and accessories...... the pic of the red guitar is a sawtooth strat style. ok so after watching average Joe reviews on youtube and thank you Joe i like your channel so listen up people just because the price is amazing the guitar ain't cheap in any way ... i order one of these in seafoam green, and the bonus items gigbag, tuner, picks strap extra strings my were 10's no issues with shipping came in 4 days boxes were fine no holes or crush marks... now the ditty neck is straight no bow and a 9.5 radius and it came detuned not an issue i tuned it and checked the intonation and it is spot on wow ..... checked the frets their level and jumbo maybe their nice edges were filed down good so no jagged edges you might go over with steel wool or fingernail file but not really needed, checked the pickup's Neck 392 ohm #2 198 ohm # 3 396 ohm #4 198 ohm # 5 Bridge 396 .. BUT Wait it sounds GREAT. it could be upgraded if need to. maybe hotter pots and pickups but for 65 bucks it is playable right out of the box .......oh the tuners are ok so far it has stayed in tune thanks minsine for a quality product at a wonderful price... and thanks again average Joe youtuber for sharing this find, they should reward you with one if you haven't purchased one already .. i upgraded the pickguard with a prewired loaded pickguard, Neck 848ohm -#2 438 ohm-#3 868ohm- #4 439ohm- Bridge #5- 862 ohm . the loaded pickguard that came with it is fine just not as hot. the prewired loaded pickguards can be purchased on amazon Alnicov 5 SSS 3-Ply Prewired Loaded Pickguard if you feel the need.

The bridge was positioned too far back, so when I tried to intonate, the saddle screws weren't long enough to accurately intonate the guitar. Too bad, I really liked the look and twang of this Tele.

so basically this thing was playable right out of the case. No big issues other than the strings, although a surprisingly decent quality, weren't wrapped very well around the pegs. the fret board was pretty dry but overall in good shape. nice smooth frets and near zero grit. And although they're not rounded, they also weren't biting my hand when i played. The tuners themselves are good, the only string that slipped during my 3 hours of playtime was the e and it seems to be due to the poor wrap job and not an issue with the tuners themselves. The packed in strings are actually nice for a brand i've never heard of, same with the tuner and gig bag. the gig bag is decent quality and lightly padded and is still way better than a nylon bag.The strap is very "meh", its uncomfortable but it will get the job done if you don't have one yet. The paint job looks pretty good and there are no real blemishes or defects of any kind. The pick ups are definitely punching way above their weight class in this price range and are definitely comparable to a squire or budget epiphone which can run 2-3x the price. I bought this model to mod out a bit but i think i may keep it as is and just buy another from this company soon (that tele model looks sweet!) UPDATE: a small but easily correctable issue i've encountered is that the nut slots aren't cut deep enough and needed to be filed down a bit.

I got tired of overpriced telecasters that still needed work so in my attempt to put one together, I came across this one. I’m glad I got it. The craftsmanship is pretty good. The body is gorgeous and really substantial. It is of a very nice color and create great resonance. I did not like the neck headstock even before I purchased it, but I figured I could pick up a neck for 50 bucks to create my telecaster. And that’s exactly what I did. The actual neck that comes with this guitar is pretty good too. It is very fat but totally straight and will need a little bit of sanding of the fret ends. I would consider this Guitar a good instrument to work on and for parts. I’m not sure it would be a good low budget beginner instrument. I think in general Stratocaster knockoffs on Amazon are a lot more plentiful and popular. The Telecaster has its own followers.

The finish and fretwork are really nice on this cheap guitar. Action is a little high as received, and the pickups aren't as bright as a genuine Telecaster, but it's a great value for learning to play the guitar.

The media could not be loaded. I have no complaints. The paint, craftsmanship, mechanics, neck, fretboard, and tone all are good. This purchase is a great value.
