I was surprised by the speed of delivery because I received it within five days after placing the order. It is made out of metal steel materials, so it has a certain weight, good quality and is sturdy. I am so happy I can eventually get rid of my old and moldy one, which is made from wood and had been used for three years. That is why I made this purchase, hoping the material will last longer. I really enjoy spending time in my backyard, especially in spring. In addition, this table reserved a hole in the middle to support an umbrella. Let me preface this review by saying that the transaction was not without glitches, but I am satisfied with the efforts of seller to make the situation right. I ordered the table to replace a glass-topped one that we had had for many years. I thought the combination of metal slats with a wood-grain look to it would be attractive and allow rain to run through and not puddle on the table top. It is a nice looking table and feels sturdy enough once assembled. The first table sent, though, had a noticeable dent on the top that correlated to a hole in the box that I assume happened during shipping. After contacting and discussing with the seller, they ended up sending out a replacement table, this time delivered by Fedex. This one looked fine on top, although there was a small ding on the side (edge) of the table that again corresponded to a hole in the box. But it is not very noticeable, especially with that side of the table positioned so it's facing a wall. So the four stars is for the fact that the tables clearly need more protective padding for shipping. But I give the seller five stars for their efforts to ensure customer satisfaction. ... show more

The color matched my patio and this table is large enough for four people to dine on without feeling too cramped. The table held up on its own during a storm with strong winds and heavy rain. it even withstood some slamming when my kids were playing some heated tabletop games.
