Great value for the money. I had a few issues initially because of the shipping but the seller was very responsive, polite, positive, and followed through on their promises. The bike is pretty heavy duty with full suspension. It is also very powerful when compared to other quads in it's class. Although it is not a brushless motor as advertised, it is rated at 1000w peak which would be a better advertising point over what is actually advertised. Chain and brakes might need adjusting just like any other machine sold online. Overall, it is the best value on the market for a kid's e-quad. It is also easily upgradable. The aftermarket Vevor motor kits with mount bracket, will bolt right in and work with a bit of wiring and a bigger battery. Whatever your purpose is with this quad, I recommend it.

I purchased a quad from them. Reverse works when it wants, is supposed to be a 5 second delay when Reverse does work children have wait 15 to 30 seconds before it backs up. Poor craftsmanship parts do not line up well had to re thread 2 parts bolts would not start. Left break microw switch bad. STORE FALES TO TAKE CARE OF. The design is wrong center of balance is to high. For the height of the quad should have a wider wheel base so when the children turn it won’t flip over onto the rider. Please be aware your child can bet badly hurt or paralyzed

The media could not be loaded. This was our 6 year olds gift from Santa and he was blown away Christmas morning!! He absolutely loves it and so do his parents! lol The ATV has a slower speed which helped him learn and then a faster speed but to 16 mph. He’s super durable. Was easy to put together. He’s been able to ride for a hours without the battery going out. It’s great fun for kids and I highly recommend it!

The media could not be loaded. (Broken break handle in the first hour my kids had it) All of the tires came failed, this one had a bubble on the side, so I deflated it so I could look at the bead. As you can see in the picture above, the bead was folded over and damaged so now I can’t put any air into it. I bought two of them and both of them came differently. The supports that hold the frame up on one were broken off, so it was just kinda hanging out there in the wind while it was shipped and I’m assuming because of that the body was damaged. Aesthetically they get beat up, and now I have to buy a new tire before my kids get to use the second one. but the one with good tires performs extremely well! Bottom line is put them together weeks before you wanna give them to someone of the present

We purchased this product and it does not charge. My kids got one ride on Christmas, and now it sits. I tried to get a return or other assistance from the seller, and NOTHING. They've simply ignored our request, and now the listing is available. Unreal. Amazon has been no help either.

Report safety issues to CPSC at 800 638 CPSC. They are currently conducting an investigation i reported. This product is highly dangerous. Please dont risk your childs safety. It worked great for the first 4 mos then the throttle began to stick and the chain started to slip off. Finally the throttle got stuck and would not stop unless the brake was applied. When we were trying to look at it we tested the throttle without a rider aboard and it took off going 15 Mph and wound up in the pond. Extremely dangerous product. This atv could maime or kill. Do not put your child on it. Joyracer has been responding but wants to send us a new throttle and receiver which means we would have to figure out how to do it. I will not buy an atv from them again.
