The four wheeler was exactly as described. Assembly was fairly straightforward and the battery came fully charged. The speed is 12-13mph in the dirt or grass and it would probably go 15mph on asphalt or concrete. My boy is 5 years old, 4ft tall, 65lbs and it fits him perfectly with a little room for growth. It's great for learning how to drive a motorized vehicle. If you have any mechanical knowledge you can upgrade the controller, motor, and battery for future use. Shipping was on time and it's secured in a metal frame with a box on the outside. I would definitely recommend it for anyone with small children wanting something faster and higher quality than a 12volt power wheels.

I bought this for my daughter - so very disappointed. It came broken- pieces of the plastic frame and footrest were in the box. I wasn’t going to post a review bc the company (after telling me they would send me parts for me to replace myself!) did give me a refund- and told me just to keep the quad. I did assemble and my husband fixed the broken frame parts as best as possible - it worked for a hot minute before starting and stopping and eventually stopping completely. What a disappointment! I can’t believe a company like this is even still in business selling this these piece of garbage quads. I tried to troubleshoot to no avail and there is absolutely no contact number on the pamphlet or anything that comes with the actual quad. The only thing it says is if there is a problem, they recommend you bringing it somewhere to have it fixed lol.
