This was a nice bike for about a week. We have now gone through 2 of them. The first one had one of the shocks break so we asked to exchange it. The second one was fine for about a week then it stopped working all together. Our 4 year old rides it, so he’s not doing anything too crazy on it.

Had it for about 6 months now and it is awesome! My daughter and her cousins ride it all the time, it has 3 speeds and pretty fast when on high. Has a good suspension but I did have to tighten the bolts up because I could hear it rattling but not a big deal at all. Also my daughter is 6 and small for her age and the size is just fine for her, also her 11 year old cousin rises it and it Is fine for her as well

Bought for Christmas for my son (7). It lasted 3 months and then stopped holding a charge. My husband has jumped through hoops with customer service over the last couple of months. They finally decided to resolve by sending a new battery. Over all the bike is cute and my son loves it. It is also very fast. I hope this finally fixes the problem. Update: the new battery did not help fix the problem. They ended up sending a new bike after more hoops to jump through.

Just ok. Too small for a 9 year old. Plastic was bent and hard to screw in. Motor and battery seem alright, suspension is weak and pivoting points make noise when flexing.

The front wheel bearings/front hub is messed up and locking up causing the stud to spin and loosens the nuts and then eventually the wheel falls off on my daughter. Then 2 days after that we tried to put it back on with new nuts and it’s still doing it.. if we put it back on she could ride it a little before it falls apart but then chain snapped and I thought you can take a few links out and put a master link on it but doesn’t have any slots for the rear wheel to move it forward/backyard and tighten/loosen the chain an I also noticed since the day it was new almost like the rear hub has has a slight bend to it.. thankfully doesn’t seem to affect the rideability.. The front fender is also bent from shipping.
