I don’t like writing reviews really because Amazon has a great return policy, but this is different. Do not buy this bike!! We ordered it when it went on sale and it took a month to get here. It ended up getting here for Christmas morning (thank god!!) but here we are in April and the battery already doesn’t charge anymore. This bike is expensive and we are so disappointed.

Just ok. Too small for a 9 year old. Plastic was bent and hard to screw in. Motor and battery seem alright, suspension is weak and pivoting points make noise when flexing.

I bought this bike for my son and initially he loved it until a week later when it started to malfunction and only work on one speed. I tried trouble shooting it with Amazon but they didn’t know how to fix it, so we sent it back to get a refund so we could reorder a new bike. It has now been close to 3 weeks since we sent it back and we STILL haven’t received our refund! So now we out of a bike and $360. So if don’t you want to be taken advantage of and not get your money back DON’T ORDER FROM THEM!!!
