The front wheel bearings/front hub is messed up and locking up causing the stud to spin and loosens the nuts and then eventually the wheel falls off on my daughter. Then 2 days after that we tried to put it back on with new nuts and it’s still doing it.. if we put it back on she could ride it a little before it falls apart but then chain snapped and I thought you can take a few links out and put a master link on it but doesn’t have any slots for the rear wheel to move it forward/backyard and tighten/loosen the chain an I also noticed since the day it was new almost like the rear hub has has a slight bend to it.. thankfully doesn’t seem to affect the rideability.. The front fender is also bent from shipping.

Had it for about 6 months now and it is awesome! My daughter and her cousins ride it all the time, it has 3 speeds and pretty fast when on high. Has a good suspension but I did have to tighten the bolts up because I could hear it rattling but not a big deal at all. Also my daughter is 6 and small for her age and the size is just fine for her, also her 11 year old cousin rises it and it Is fine for her as well

See my update at the very bottom regarding customer service. They are excellent Received first one and the front fender was bent, handle bar screws were stripped out and switch didn’t work correctly. Called Amazon and they shipped out another right away. Received it put it together upon looking we have another bent front fender and something else going on possibly the chain sprocket. It makes a horrible noise and the rear wheel won’t turn at all. Also it is a small bike if your child is on the taller side it won’t be tall enough for them. If your child weighs more than 50 or 60 pounds don’t look for it to travel very fast. My biggest issue however is the disgust I have after two bikes and both have issues. This was a birthday gift for my grandbaby and her birthday has come and gone and she still doesn’t have a bike she can ride. Now I have to go through the hassle of returning and she still has no bike. Edit to add: customer service contacted me about the problems and immediately shipped me a new one with no problems. So I now wonder if Amazon is correctly handling these items.

We bought this for a Christmas gift for our 5 year old son. He absolutely loves it. It’s easy to charge and stays charged. We live in the country and have lots of hills. He complains it slows down going up bigger hills but that’s to be expected. Over all…highly recommend. Great quality

They made me re write this post because I wrote how one of the bikes arrived . Price for what is it is is fair . Small kids 6-8 under 80lbs , bike performs well. One bike came in perfect shape the other came with a bent fork. Seller never responded when I asked for replacement fork . This is truth

I give it four stars because I just got it for my son on Saturday. Seriously long battery life. Winter right now where I’m at and not easy terrain. But very slow. Got it for my 8yr old he’s loving it. But. I know he will out grow the speed very quickly. Totally what is says it’s going to be. I read other reviews I have not had any problems like they had. Very cool. Awesome first bike. I feel 5year old that can ride a bike would thrive on this. 8year old. Will enjoy it. But it goes exactly how slow it states. 16mph. But super quit so much benefit to having electric bikes guys. Worth it SO FAR********

Get this one. Beats the competition heavily. Comes with spares and accessories another battery. Definitely get better charger. Other than that I spent 2x as much on brand name. And I was SO disappointed after this one came in. Because the whole time I could’ve just bought two of these. I mean it guys, I am not paid or a random person that gives a bill crap review. I fully submerged this like 15 times due to my kids lol. I mean this is WAYYYYYYYY better than the other stuff I can’t emphasize this enough. Five stars idk. I never drove a five star Rc. I tried and this one put it to shame. Honest review guys. Trust me on this one.
