The media could not be loaded. Premium quality build, easy to install, access to all ports, tripod/selfie stick screw which can convert to action cam mount. Because of the quality build it adds a little more weight to carry around but it’s much better than nothing and feels so good in the hand.

I love this cage. To save a little bit of money vs the X4 utility frame from insta, this provides all of the same features. Two cold shoes, 2 1/4-20, and the action cam mount ears that magnetically stay in place when not in use. The best thing about this one is that you do not have to remove the camera to replace the battery. All slots, ports, and buttons are accessible with the cage mounted. I did knock off one star for the way the camera is secured in the cage... I think something similar to the OEM frame would have been a better feature than a thumb screw however, it works and hold the camera in the cage tightly. If you want to save a little bit of money and forego the frustration of removing the camera every time you have to change the battery or remove the sd card... go with this cage!

The case is sturdy. I feel like it will protect my camera IF I accidentally drop it. The screen protector fits the x4 screen perfectly. Highly recommended if you want a case for your x4.

Everything in this bundle was so useful you wouldn't realize until you get it. The quick release mount is top notch, the screw in mount points in both the shell itself and the quick release is great attention to engineering

I have mixed feelings about this product. I really like the cage, it fits well, and seems pretty sturdy. Leaves lot of edges and places exposed to damage during a fall, but hopefully keeps camera intact. The Lense Guards are pretty bad. Clarity degrades quick. I think Inhabe a “sunspot” on one already from 3 rides. And the silicone cover is pretty worthless. It does not stay on well at all. The screen guards are pretty weak too. Like the old flimsy shrink wrap we used to buy. My main reason for this purchase was the cage amsbrhe lense guards. So it is what it is. Probably be upgrading the lense guards to the HD ones soon.

The media could not be loaded. It uses a proprietary magnet mount that is not the same as what you find on other action camera cages instead of using a standardized magnet mount. Basically misses the whole point of why I bought this cage instead of others on the market right now. I would leave a one star if they wouldn’t get filtered out so regularly. So here’s a two star.
