Since I have been dealing with AchhaGo USA for the past month or so, I felt it was time to post a review. When I first decided to start my own 360 photo booth company, I researched quite a few vendors and eventually narrowed the field down to three. As with most large purchases, I used product, service, performance, reliability, price, and customer reviews as my criteria. From day one, AchhaGo USA has been outstanding in every category. 1. Their equipment/platform is super sturdy and made of high-quality materials. Top-of-the-line compared to others I have seen. No question it will be reliable for a ton of future events. Most importantly, everything works as promised. 2. Like all new ventures, little things popped up from time to time. Every time I contacted these guys, they were professional, prompt, helpful and genuinely concerned, and committed to our ultimate success and satisfaction. After I reported an unusual broken weld, these guys had a new part at my door in a day or two and even included a video (just for us) with exact instructions for how to replace the internal arm. 3. Customer service is very impressive and super quick to respond to any question or problem. They have kept in constant communication with me and sent me great videos that made the transition so much easier for a new guy starting off in this business. Bottom line, I love working with this company and I am more than happy that I selected AchhaGo to be my partner in this new venture. Anyone looking for a 360 Photo Booth will tell you that there are many options out there! So glad I chose this one! Not only is it a high quality product, but it is backed by people who truly care about their customers! Achhago was there every step of the way. They contacted me and made it clear rightaway that they are just a phone call away if i had any questions. They gave me a heads up about the batteries & when to expect them. Then they offered me a passcode with instructions for activating the Touchpix free trial!... all before I even had a chance to un pack the unit!! This was comforting because I had no previous expirence with this technology. Touchpix is a perfect compliment to this Photo Booth, as it is simple to use and really well laid out! I was up and running after just a couple of instructional videos! I have been exploring new ways to use the booth and create overlays ever since! I had a full blown event within five days of receiving the Photo Booth! Thats how easy it is to get rolling! That event was a hit & I plan on doing many, many more! I didn't have high expectations getting this product on Amazon because some products aren't the quality you expect. However, I was extremely surprised and happy. First, I needed the 360 quickly because I had double bookings and my first 360 provider could not guarantee delivery within the timeframe I needed. I received the 360 within days of my order. The product was very well made and sturdy, a little higher off the floor than my initial booth. It came stocked with everything I needed; Ring light, iphone, ipad, and DSLR mounts. A very sturdy case with a dolly. Lastly, a free overlay for the platform with my company logo. I had an issue with the remotes, both batteries were defective. The product came with back up batteries which resolved the problem and the customer service shipped out two additional packs. I contacted customer service to receive the batteries that are not shipped with the 360. One to support the Ring light and one to run the 360 platform. Overall, I am so happy and completely satisfied with the purchase. I have completed a number of tests and the performance is up to par with my initial 360. I have already recommended the seller. Their customer service is exceptional and they provide a quality product. AchhaGo USA is absolutely a quality organization. Once the package arrived we got it and the packaging was great and secure! Everything worked great and was awesome!!     • Amazing product and costumer service
The media could not be loaded. I bought the 360 degrees photobooth 31” and I don’t regret! The product is built with a excellent quality, it comes with the instructions nothing crazy to build it, all the different pieces are in a closed clear bag so it is easier to find them, they also provided small gray bags for storage of these pieces to avoid lose them. They can also help you with a logo for your platform, you just have to send it in a PDF and they will send it on the size of the photobooth you bought. Power bank is also provided but for safety cannot be shipped together but you will get it if you text them to ensure the delivery information. Customer service is a service never experienced in my life, this team is just AMAZING!! They always worry about everything, making sure you are fine with the product since day 0, they make sure everything works and if you have questions/ concerns, they are there explaining and helping you until you are all set. I will definitely recommend it to anyone that requires the product! 100% recommend !!!!! ... show more
