While some people may not like seeing dead flies stuck on the traps, I cannot stress enough how well these work. When bringing plants inside during the cold months, they tend to bring the flies with them. With these traps, I don't have to use any type of spray that gets all over everything and pollutes the indoor air. The only thing I'd suggest is that you leave the side facing the plant covered by the paper. This way it doesn't get stuck to your plant. They are VERY sticky and removing them from your plant may tear the leaves. ... show more

I was so skeptical of these things. I live where it rains constantly and these little gnats were driving us crazy just up in our faces like they own the place. This is maybe my 3rd time changing these little sticky traps & I haven’t seen a live gnat since about halfway through the 2nd one. There are like 30 on each side in those photos!! I’m difficult to impress, but these definitely impress. I only have 2 sticky traps out- in both of my pothos plants. 2 is enough to take care of all the gnats in an entire house with about 20 plants total. ... show more

Not as sticky as other plant sticky traps I've used. I've seen gnats walking along and not get stuck. I mean many do but not all. Plus side is it is cleaner (sticky residue doesn't get all over your fingers when placing or removing).
