First off, I think this is a great product, especially since this is my first year paddle boarding, but my main complaint about this product is the lack of information. The instructions on this product are very light and do not tell you in detail what all the accessories are for, how to work them, or any type of description that would lead you to understanding them. As I research more about paddle boarding, this type of product is geared specifically for newbies like myself, and I felt the manufacturer could have done a better job with the instructions. Aside from that, I felt like the paddle board is made of good quality and durable materials. The backpack that comes with this product is more than large enough to fit everything inside. You do not need military rolling skills to get everything in. The backpack, although very basic, is comfortable to wear and carry your paddle board. The product does come with a repair kit if you need it, and plenty of accessories that I must admit, I have no clue how and what they are used for (lack of instructions). One note of caution, there is a large fin that slips on the bottom side of the board. After you slide it in, you clip it in place. Make sure you place the clip in the correct way. The side that you can press the lever down on is the side that should be up. If you clip it in the opposite direction, you'll have a lot of trouble pressing the lever down if it is facing the paddle board. Overall, I think this is a great product, and if you are new to paddle boarding, I'd give this product a shot. ... show more

This is a very nice inflatable paddleboard that comes with everything you need to get started. The pump works well but takes some effort to get the board to the right firmness. The media could not be loaded. I like the actual board itself, its sturdy, & has camera mount at the front & the nose bends up a bit. The fins are another thing. The 2 smaller ones built in are very short and not as good as having longer ones you slide in to install. The middle fin you slide in, didn't fit in all the way, and there was a ridge at the end of the slot i had to sand down a bit so it would fit. The paddle is fine and works ok, watched some online vids to learn the correct direction & how to use properly. The instructions are very lacking. Broken English that is hard to understand and wacky. Like at times they will say "Paddle", but what they mean is the "Board", and other issues. Like No instructins on how to use the pump properly, or fact its a 2 way pump and how to change it to a one way pump once 2/3 full for the last hardest part, or where to attach the hose to the pump, as there are 2 places it will screw on, as the 1st time I screwed it onto the wrong place. Some good instructions would of been very helpful. They have some, but in one place they got clockwise & counterclockwise backwords in the instructions, but the photo included is correct & its counterclockwise.. going online to watch some how-to videos on yo-tube helped me out where the instructions didn't. The large carry bag is OK, but does Not have a top handle that I found very useful on my other SUP bag, or any side pockets, or inside straps, or a strap across the center of the shoulder straps, like my other bag does. I found those extra straps & handles very useful for transport that this bag is lacking. On a good note, the supposedly waterproof cell phone bag is better constructed than others and has an air pouch so it floats. Thats a good touch. But the included Black Dry-bag is not waterproof at all and has openings at the corners that water can get into easily, even though it claims to be waterproof it aint at all. They should of named it "Almost Dry-bag"! So anything you want to keep dry I'd wrap in a plastic bag b4 you stick it in here. In the end, i feel that some other lower-cost SUP kits than this one would be a better deal with better instructions, pumps, fins, & bag. The End ... show more
