Purchased this sink in October because we needed the sink prior to ordering new countertops but did not officially take out of the box until Friday November 29th after countertops were installed on November 27th. Final hookup was completed today on December 1st and we noticed that there is no way to adjust the water flow. It is all or nothing. Very disappointed since my window for return expired on November 30th. We live in the country and cannot have water running full bore into our septic all the time and there is no way to replace anything on this sink to adjust the flow. I am now stuck with a sink I can’t use and will need to purchase a new one. Now I see other people have left similar reviews in November for the same issue.

The media could not be loaded. The sink itself is of good quality and if it weren't for the faucet I would give at least 4 stars. Most of the accessories all feel to be of reasonably good quality taking in mind there is no soap dispenser included as pictured. Although there is a spot for it. The installation was not easy, at least in my case. The clips are very difficult to keep in place and I needed a really long extension to reach them. The primary reason for the very low review is that the Faucet is very cheaply made. And to make matters worse it's difficult to impossible to find a replacement. I could not in good conscience give a good review based on this very integral part being very proprietary and not readily available. I am also struggling to even find a proper way to contact the manufacturer to even explore replacement options.

The sink itself was easy to place in the counter. The cup cleaner is interesting. It works and shoots really high so make sure a cup is there. The faucet is okay. It has a waterfall setting and then the nozzle does two things. It doesn’t hold itself on the shower like setting, I manually have to hold it to use that way. It feels a bit cheap and flimsy. The knob to turn on the water requires a twist left or right so it’s not an easy thing to maneuver when washing the dishes or with dirty hands. There’s also the waterfall setting which is cool, a little unnecessary, but cool. There’s a space for a soap pump or a filtered water pump, but it doesn’t come with either of those things. There is just a hole. They should have included a cover at least to patch the hole. It does come with a cutting board, a rack, and a tub that all fit in the groves of the sink which is super convenient. It also comes with a wire rack for the bottom of the sink to prevent scratches. Overall I am enjoying my new sink and like the look of it and color. There are some imperfections and that’s why a star is deducted.

The sink is beautiful but you can't adjust the water flow from the faucet it is on or off and you can't replace the faucet because it fits into cut out it is already leaking after one month

We loved this sink when we received it, the pictures in the listing are beautiful but after a nightmare of an install (I felt like offering the plumber a drink halfway through)…. And the pain in the butt of turning on water. It’s makes me wish I could have tried it in store first. The person who designed this knob must not have ever tried to use it before it went to production. You can barely turn it on if you have soapy hands, arthritis or anything less than all ten fingers it feels like. (I have to turn on the water for my grandmother) The water pressure and temperature increase at an equal speed. Low pressure= ice cold water. Warm water= heavy water, hot water= full blast your taking a bath…. It’s VERY irritating. The knob, faucet and waterfall feature are an all-in-one module and are not replaceable or modifiable. If I didn’t just pay for multiple hours of work to get it installed and my counter modified to fit it… I would absolutely return. I do on the other hand love the depth, color and step down ledge to hold cutting boards and strainers. The cutting board it came with is cheap and ours has warped with 2 months of regular light use. I would love the manufacture to reach out with a solution to the faucet problem. Other brands have a 2 knob system. One for temp and one for pressure. I’d love to get a replacement module. And as everyone else continues to say, we didn’t get a soap dispenser either.

My husband is a master plumber....can't even hook this up. The treads are so bad and whatever these hook ups are, are not compatible with anything he has seen in 20years
