The media could not be loaded. Make sure your water line is long enough. I just installed it tonight and love it. We had to get a 12” line to reach since our water line is on the left and the water line to the sink is on the right. There is a video instruction on another waterfall sink you can follow because the instructions are no help. They are in English but it’s basically a picture to show you how to put your sink in the hole and what tools you’ll need. I bought the cup rinser separately but it does need a wedge for water to drain completely. I did add plumbers putty but I don’t think it’s needed because the sink comes with gaskets and another thing as well for the drain. The brackets on the side of your sink may stop you from putting your sink in and I had to break mine off on the sides but left the two in the back. We have granite countertops so I’m not too worried about it falling through and we also have enough overhang to secure the sink to the countertop. The three different sprays are great and the water does fall to the middle to drain. It will take some getting used to using the knob to turn the sink on and off but other than that it’s great.

Got it in January (now October) and I wish I never did. The nob to turn on the water isnt the easiest to use if your hands are already dirty, and once your hands are wet, good luck turning it off again. There is no grip to it to make it easy. Its slightly bigger than a standard sink, was hard to install properly. Couldn't get the clamps in at all. You wont use the rain fall thing as much as you think you will. Also, when using hot water, its either all on or all off. Can't adjust the pressure for hot water at all. Dont get it. Its a waste of money

Overall we like it, good quality, looks great! We received it undamaged and complete. We also received it prior to the original delivery date. I'm a DIYer and I installed it a week ago. One thing that we didn't consider was the knob to turn the water on/off. It works flawlessly, but didn't think about the what if game of dirty hands until I went to wash my hands for the first time after the installation was complete. The water lines that come with it needs to be installed on the bottom of the faucet (surprised the faucet and water lines weren't pre assembled).. - you can't use common wrenches or pliers to tighten them once you screw them in.. basically you're left with getting 2 tight and hoping for the best with the 3rd. The under the sink mounting provisions need to be addressed. The brackets provided were hard to keep in place while tightening. Which made the not so fun job of wedging this dad bod inside the cabinet under the sink not so fun. The installation wasn't hard, but not as easy and more frustrating than it should have been. For what it is and at the price point, would I buy it again? I think I would.

I installed the SOMRXO 33" Drop-In Waterfall Kitchen Sink Workstation in March 2024. I was initially excited about the design, especially the waterfall feature and the high pull-down faucet. The overall concept looked sleek and modern, and I liked the idea of a multi-functional workstation. However, the faucet has been a major disappointment. The single control knob is difficult to operate, especially with wet hands, and does not allow for proper temperature control. You can’t choose between just hot or just cold water, and there's no way to moderate the water flow. It’s essentially all or nothing, which is frustrating for daily use. There’s no clear indicator of where the "off" position is from the operator's viewpoint, making it hard to shut off quickly. Over time, the situation has gotten worse. Water now leaks from both the rainfall spout and the main faucet, with no way to stop it short of turning off the water supply completely. To make matters worse, the sink is not compatible with other faucets, so replacing the problematic unit isn’t a straightforward fix. I would not recommend this product to others due to the poor quality and flawed design of the faucet system. The sink itself may be sturdy, but the overall experience has been frustrating and not worth the hassle.

Me and my Husband really love this sink the measurements are exact, when you install this sink you do need to call family or friends who have a experience into installing appliances like these because the instructions are too simple and they don’t go into great details on how to properly install the sink. And we had to buy a cup Rinser as a separate purchase to fill in the extra hole on the right side of the sink . All in all I give it 5 stars because if correctly installed it’s a really beautiful sink ! Lots of space and it comes with a lot of extra utilities like a the wire rack at the bottom, a side drying rack, a fruit basket washer, a cutting board, and a cool little drain strainer that catches all the little food pieces to prevent from clogging your drains. But the best part of it all is the waterfall system, simple but effective solution to clean without it splashing everywhere like on your clothes for example. Very cool sink !!

You can't find parts to replace anything on this sink so be careful when buying. You cannot replace the faucet, gaskets or any connectors because they are specific only to this manufacturer and you cannot reach this manufacturer. I even contacted the support people after purchasing and they said I could buy parts on Amazon but they literally are not available on here or any plumbing or hardware store. I did thorough research before installing and decided not to install it and to return it after finding this out and reading the other reviews on here and other sites. Buyers beware!
