Absolutely in love with this sink.... love the faucet and it's function...love that it is included in the package for a great value. Sink texture is great! Adds greatly to its luxury. I did add a nice black rubber rack for bottom to protect my beauty of a sink and quiet it. The cup rinser is a step up and lessons dishwashing with a bit of rinse and spray Dawn. Often use it to clean small bowls too. HANDY Dandy! It is cold water only like most are. The waterfall is really nice to wash produce with in the drain basket. I originally thought the digital temp on the faucet was just a gimmick, I actually laughed at it's being part of this set up. But, I actually love it now. It helps you quickly set your water usage at your favorite warmth or cold and that makes it nice and handy and lessens water usage. Not a nessessity, but definitely handy. Beware, the temp is Celsius ONLY. But you will learn fast and adjust. I do not like soap dispensers in general and it has a hole mount for it, instead I wish it offered an add on raised washcloth bar to dry my sink cloth over the sink. Great sink all the way around. Beats the pants off of other big names and a fair price too! Don't hesitate. It's a great bargin and its function is nice. That being said, I do wonder what happens when the faucet dies someday...and the waterfall? I wish we could reorder that. I would order the faucet/waterfall and its handles right now for future needs as things always wear. I would still have less $ spent than big names with the 2nd faucet setup and a better sink set up by far and for many years. Quick order this gem, you will have no regrets!

The media could not be loaded. I decided to spoil myself and upgrade to a sink that had special features, and this did not disappoint. And for the price point, it comes with a pretty nice faucet where most other sinks that I searched required a separate purchase. Overall, everything seems sturdy and of good quality. Pros - The color is a beautiful black stainless steel that isn't too shiny. I preferred this over regular stainless steel or all black. The faucet itself is a lot larger and higher than I thought it would be which is exactly what I was looking for. It looks more expensive. I love that the temperature gauge on the faucet also changes color from blue (cold) to red (hot). It has great water features. The faucet water can come out normal or in a criss-cross design which looks really neat. It also has a button you can push for a more high-powered wash. The sink also has a stream feature that can be used to rinse off fruits and vegetables, and a waterfall feature that can be used for whatever such as filling up a bowl of water, rinsing food, etc. The sink also has a high power feature on the right side that can be used to rinse out cups similar to what they use at restaurants. The sink also comes with extra tools that can be used such as a sliding board. I cannot speak to longevity, but I really hope that it lasts for a long time. We got the sink installed about 3 weeks ago, and so far we absolutely love it! It was a significant upgrade from our off-white sink that had a broken faucet. My 9-year-old loves the water features and the spring nozzle of the sink so much that now I have to get her to STOP washing dishes. Cons - the temperature gauge is in Celsius rather than Fahrenheit, and we couldn't figure out how to get it changed or if it even changes. But it's not a big deal for us. I also had to pay to get the sink installed, and the installation was more than what I paid for the sink because of the extra features. This may not be an issue if you have someone around that is knowledgeble.

My plumbers were a little confused when they installed because they hadn’t seen one like it before. Overall live the space, but it makes it difficult to use the full space when you are using one of the three attachments. I love that it doesn’t leave water stains on the metal.

Great sink and great customer support. I had an issue with the thermometer display and the customer support was top notch. They sent me a replacement turbine motor to resolve the issue. Now the temperature is accurate again. Easy to install overall and has been great so far.
