Upgrading this review from one star to four. I initially had a problem due to a design feature (see below), hence the bad review. After Logmey customer service saw the review, they contacted me which I was not expecting. They offered to accept a return even though I was months beyond the return window, I certainly didn't expect that! So now it's a four start review to reflect customer service above and beyond expectation. Still one star short due to the original problem noted below. Now here's the original one star review: All the pictures from straight on show vertical sides but in fact the sides are flared. I didn't find that out until installing which was way beyond the return window. (It took a long time due to the lead time for a custom cabinet). The flared shape doesn't work with a traditional farmhouse design.

I I am disappointed in the fact that your company did not make me aware that the base was extra thick and I would have to buy an extension plan for using a garbage disposal your company should have stayed at that because I had just bought a new disposal which does not have an extended plan and had to pay an additional $20 to buy one let the customer know what you need

This sink is beautiful! And the company is great as well! I ordered this sink and received it 3 days later, but it had a small crack in the divider. I was prepared for a fight to get a replacement. At the least I just knew I would have to pay the shipping to send it back for inspection, and a 100 lb sink would not only be expensive to ship, it would be a pain in the neck to package up take to a shipping store. I took pictures of the crack and emailed them to Logmey on 2/23/21 using the email address on the card included with the sink. The next day I received an email that they would send me a new sink. What?!!! A new sink?? No hassle??? No returning the old one?? What a relief!! I got the tracking info for the new sink on 2/22 which said my replacement sink would arrive on Friday 2/26, but I actually received it yesterday (2/23/21). Damages can happen with anything getting shipped, but customer service like this is unheard of these days...especially with something that costs this much and weighs so much. I 100% recommend purchasing from this company. Thank you Logmey customer service for the fast reply and product turnaround. :)

I remodel kitchens for a living, and deal with all types of products (sinks, appliances, etc...) all the time. This time, my wife wanted me to redo our kitchen, and I have liked the single bowl, cast iron - and that's what I wanted to put in ours. Reading other reviews, I saw how the sides taper a bit - and with that in mind I was able to make my face-frames accordingly - so that there wasn't any need for trim. The packaging was top-notch - and everything about this sink is exactly what I expected. We've been using it now for a few months and my wife especially likes the "rack" that keeps everything off of the floor of the sink - so that it's easy to keep clean. If you've never owned a single bowl sink - once you have one you'll never want to use a double bowl, or 70/30 again. What about the drain? How do you use a garbage disposal with just one hole????? Simple - hook up the garbage disposal to the single hole - and no worries... (I've done this for years).... Hope this helped! Update on my original post- since then I’ve referred this sink to over 50 customers- all of whom were so grateful that I did! You can’t go wrong with this one…

Ordered the sink in June for our kitchen remodel and it was delivered within the timeframe. It was packaged very well which was great since we didn't get it installed until November. I love it!! Received so many compliments on it. It does stain easily but if you clean the sink daily it's ok. The only real issue is the drain has a defect on the inside which took the plumber several visits before he found it. So we need to replace the drain which my husband can do but overall I'm very pleased with the sink.
