The on/off temp controller dial leaked after installation, I removed the cartridge and there was some debris in the line, worked great after clearing.

I made new countertops and went with this huge deep well built gorgeous sink. Installation was a challenge but not impossible . I could not fit all the mounting screws as there just wasn't enough room but I used some special adhesive on the underside of the lip and placed heavy weights on boards spanning the sink overnight just for my piece of mind. Looks great ...wish I could remember the name of the adhesive for you but just make sure whatever you use is waterproof. The sink black anodized surface is tuff. The water drains properly and the rack it comes with fits perfectly keeping heavy cookware from making direct contact with the bottom of the sink...damn good looking unit...I can't get more pics to upload sorry

Sink went in very quickly and was pretty straightforward. The clamps underneath that attaches the sink to the counter were not easy to understand how they worked. I did not care for the design of them and couldn't get my hand inside one edge of the sink to clamp the sink down. They really need to be redesigned to make them easier to attach especially in narrow spaces. I also could not install the glass washer as it overlapped the back of the sink and hit the counter backsplash. The feel of the metal is quality. Its heavy and has sound buffers so when you drop something in the sink it doesn't rattle the sink. The water sprayer has a nice feeling to it. Instructions were pretty light. It would have been nice to be given a heads up on what to attach first maybe attach hoses before installing or vice versa. Maybe make an installation video and put it on your amazon store. The instructions said hoses were numbered and color coded so attach number to number and color to color. There were no numbers. Two hoses had no colors so apparently, I guessed correctly. All things considered I believe I got the value I paid for.

The media could not be loaded. The sink is perfect! Great quality. I love it. I had left a bad feedback and I apologize for it I couldn’t remove it. It was actually just user error! Seller was great at being able to help me out and I got the sink working properly.

The concept for this sink is amazing. The sink itself is functional and looks fantastic, really upgrades the look of the kitchen. It was fairly easy to install. Be mindful that the cup washer extends beyond the back edge of the sink and may not fit if your sink is very close to the wall. The biggest problem is the water/flow control. It is either all or nothing. I do not always need the water full blast, sometimes a soft/slow flow is needed. Makes quite a mess sometimes since it is alway full blast. The cup washer does not function properly at that level, massive hammering. If you turn the flow down under the sink, to prevent the hammering, the waterfall feature does not work appropriately. A tee with a separate adjustment going to the cup washer is needed for mine. The cup washer holds quite a bit of water which will lead to mold/mildew. It must be emptied frequently. *My sink is level in all directions* I also discovered a leaky mess under the sink after putting ice from a small lunch pail in the sink. Condensation formed under the sink which looked like I had a full on leak. I have put ice from ice chests in sinks for years and I have never seen this happen before.

I LOVE this sink! It goes perfectly with my countertops- BUT sadly the sink arrived bent in a way that makes it impossible to mount into the counter. I simply asked for a replacement. They told me it can only be refunded - but the price of the sink has now gone up by $150. If I return it I will NOT be purchasing the same sink for MORE MONEY after receiving a DEFECTIVE product. Such a shame because of how much I like the sink.

The only thing that made me give this just 2 stars is that what you get isn't exactly what's shown. The colander shown was nice, but I, instead, got a wire basket style colander. In all truth, this is somewhat of a plus because of some other things I can do with it, but again, what's advertised needs to be what's sent out unless specifically noted. No matter how minor, false advertising is still false advertising. Other than that. this is a 5 star product all the way down to the packaging. This thing came in a box that was in a box that was in another box. Inside of the product box itself was actual plywood coverall all of the side walls and a LOT of foam padding. This thing was packaged as if it was about to get delivered like that tv over the fence by Fed Ex. The sink itself was extremely easy to install. I'm using this for my bus build, but that didn't make much difference. Instead of sinking into a countertop, I built a custom frame around it so it could stand alone. This must have been the easiest thing to measure and figure out because everything fit perfectly the first go around. Also, it is a lot quieter than most metal sinks I've been used to. It is sprayed with noise dampening material; though a very thin material, it seems to work like magic. The cutting board was great, which actually gave me more usable counterspace, and the roll out dish drying rack is extremely sturdy holding my cast iron skillets and other items without any flexing. The little strainer in the drain has a little handle that makes emptying that very easy as well. As someone that worships dishwashers, this has also made me stop using my dishwasher. Having so much space to work with, I can clean up as I cook, giving me no need for a dishwasher. I never thought I'd do without a dishwasher, but yeah, a good sink station in a kitchen will do that. I'll upload pictures later, but aside for the colander being different than pictured, this is a 5 star product all the way from shipping to the product itself.
