The house is made up of solid and sturdy material, so structurally speaking, it's a solid and good looking house. But the instructions that came with it, were awful. It's a good thing I know how to build things because otherwise, I'd be up the creek.

Overall it's a nice doghouse. Mine arrived with some cracks as pictured. The floor had gaps it it. The roof is heavy and the sides are kinda thin. I'm fixing it myself rather than take apart and send back. To big of a hassle. Assembly was pretty easy.

Wood sides are a bit lightweight, roof is heavy and well coated. I had low cost igloos, but one dog loves to chew. I knew the door flaps would be first to go, but only the one that chewed his igloo. Easy to tip over if they can get behind. And I would much rather a solid one piece floor. But they stopped tipping and I'll eventually tack floor down or cut a sheet of plywood. Package arrived in mint condition thank you usps. It was heavy so beware. My 15 yr old daughter put it together in about an hour. It is sturdy and built well. I bought it for two dogs to share, but it is not big enough for that. We only had 3 screws left over. 🫣😂. I think it was a good purchase.
