I use this to block the squirrel and raccoon mafia from tramping on certain plants or digging them up. It's simple enough to move these panels around in the garden wherever you need them. They would not stop a big dog or anything like that--it's more like a deterrent.

I was looking for a much sturdier set of garden fencing. Although this was a great price and easy to assemble, it would not be “hefty” enough to hold up my tall plants. I returned and will look for a thicker and more sturdy garden fence. There was nothing wrong with this, just didn’t meet my needs.

This product is very modular and easy to install. The sturdiness is adequate to hold up against the elements and small animals. Its probably not tall nor strong enough to provide protection from deer or a very large dog, however. Leave the top half off one of the sections unsecured and it works as a perfectly functional gate. Tuck one of the horizontal "arms" behind the adjacent post and it is a functional latch. I doubt this was an intended use, but it works fine! ... show more

    • Good fence to keep dogs out of herb garden

Fence was installed fairly easily and does a good job keeping my dogs out of our herb garden. Fence was a little irritating to put together. I have two suggestions for improvement. Make the posts as one piece instead of the current two pieces that screw together. A one piece rod would slide much easier through the panel holes. Also, make the fence panels as one piece instead of stacking two to make the fence panels. These changes would make it very easy and less irritating to put together. But once installed the fence works well for me. ... show more

I recently planted some ground cover plants in my backyard and true to fashion my nosey dogs were walking all on them so I needed something inexpensive to protect them. The dogs immediately went to the area but could only observe and wish to go in but couldn’t. I had a small gap next to the house so I could go in and out and put a cinder block in front.
