For the price, you can probably find a better quality fencing. That said, these are cute and will work, but I don’t know how long they will hold up. These have 2 different sized sets of plastic ‘S’ hooks to hold together each panel and to hold the two sections together. The dimensions of 12” wide by 31” tall given is correct.
