Got this to replace the full mirror in the master bathroom remodel. I was worried due to the large size (72x36), that the mirror will not survive the delivery process. The package arrived safely, packing material is sturdy, mirror didn't shatter, pretty good on that. Even hubby is impressed. Installation is pretty straight forward. The mirror itself is nice. I did read some reviews about warping, especially on the side. I don't think ours has that issue. But if I got really close, like 2 to 3 inches away on the sides, I can see some warping. This is not a problem for us, as no one really use the mirror that way. The frame is nice and thin, which is the look I am going for. I only wish that the frame is less stick out. That surface area will get some dust and need regular wiping.

We bought two of the 48x36 mirrors to use in a master bathroom renovation. They were exactly what we were looking for! Simple, elegant gold frames, very sturdy (~45lbs.) and absolutely perfect for the space. One of the mirrors came with a little bowing in it though which distorted the image, almost like a fun house. We were outside the 30 day Amazon return policy (bathroom reno took longer than expected, so we didn't notice the bowing until it was up on the wall), and Amazon wouldn't take it back without a $60 restocking fee. I contacted CHARMOR directly and Mia in customer service was fantastic! I sent her pictures of the distorted mirror, and she put in for a replacement to be sent to us at no cost. We received it in just a few days, and as you can see from the picture, it's on the wall and looks awesome! I'd definitely buy again from CHARMOR...great quality and great customer service!

So disappointing to hang the mirror (which was really easy to do with the provided hardware) and see the slight warp on the bottom of the mirror which my wife immediately noticed and now calls a fun-house mirror. ########################### Update: Seller proactively reached out and sent a brand new mirror at no charge. The new mirror arrived quickly and looks much better. My wife and I are both happy with it now.

I love this mirror! It is extremely high quality, heavy duty, and crystal clear reflection. It arrived undamaged and packaged so well. The frame is a nice coated black metal. I used the hanging brackets that came with the package to hang on the wall. It was incredibly easy to hang and was perfectly straight. I used my own drywall anchors because I wanted to be sure it would hold the weight of the mirror so I’m not sure about the quality of the ones it came with. I bought the 32x40” for my 48” vanity and it fits so well. I bought this while it was on sale so it was an excellent price for the quality of mirror. Would highly recommend.
