This heated RV water hose has been a total game-changer for our winter setup. The media could not be loaded. This REHOSEUP heated water hose has been a great addition for cold-weather RV living. One of the best features is the flexibility to make either end the male end using the included adapter. That small detail makes setup way easier depending on how your site is laid out. Performance-wise, it does the job. The hose stays thawed, water flows without issues, and it’s held up well in low temps. For the price, it’s a much better value than some of the higher-priced hoses that don’t offer anything noticeably better. If you want a dependable heated hose that gives you options and doesn’t break the bank, this one is an easy 5 stars.

So far going just taken delivery Nd not fitted yet, the apparent quality of the product, the security of the packaging and timely delivery, rates this product as a 5 star buy. The digital thermostat is a great idea and a welcome enhancement. The hose and it heated element are flexible enough to run cleanly and seems heavy enough to suggest a robust build. I do have a minor question submitted to the seller, but that does not affect this review. Well worth the spend A++++

11/30/25 Update: After leaving the 1st review detailing the leaking issues, the merchant promptly contacted me and apologized for the problem with the hose. They offered to either refund the purchase price or send me a new hose. I elected to receive a new hose and I had it 2 days later. The new hose is performing well with no leaks, although there is a slight "plastic" taste in the water. Hopefully this will subside over time. The merchant's positive response in rectifying an issue with their product is appreciated and I would buy from them again. 1st Review: The hose leaks from both ends where the hose crimps/seals to the fittings. There's no way to fix it without cutting the hose and making new crimps/seals

The listing CLEARLY states the hose is self regulating and does not heat when the temperature is 47*f or higher. Furthermore the listing plainly states it heat production is regulated by the out door temperatures, so that the hose produces more heat the colder things get outside. This is not true, and the customer service rep plainly stated this is not true. (see comments below) I set up the hose and plugged it in while the daytime temp was 73*f and the night time temps are dropping into the 30's*. According to the listing, The hose should heat at night when it is needed, and turn off during the day when it is no longer needed. This is not the case. I was burned by the water because it was so hot while the temps were above 70*f outside. I contacted the seller for assistance and was told the hose does not heat the water inside the hose. If it does not heat the water inside the hose how does it prevent freezing? LOL. Below is the response from the seller: Our water pipes heat up when they are energized. The hose is aimed at freezing water pipes in winter to prevent water pipes from freezing. There is no function of heating the water inside of the pipe. Therefore, we recommend that you can use it below 32℉. I am not going to wait until 2 am to go outside and plug the hose in only when the temps are below 32*. They did give me a refund, and did not require me to return the hose. UPDATE - Because of my full schedule, I did not get around to removing the hose until today. I have noticed the hose produces a gas of some sort when water sits in it over a time... as in 30 minutes or so. You have to let the water run until all the water that was in the hose has been purged before the foaming goes away and you get good water. Since I have a different hose, I decided to disassemble this hose to see what could cause the foaming, since the listing said it was a silicone inner hose, it should be inert. It turns out this hose is nothing like the description. It is a regular garden hose with heat tape on the outside. There is absolutely NO temperature regulating electronics present, and no silicone interior. It is very durable however, and the heat tape is very effective. I truly wish they had not lied about it, and had actually produced what they said they did.

I ski all winter long and the RV has on board water, but I also have full hook ups available so I use this hose and only rely on my own board pump as a backup. My only complaint and it’s not the hose quality is that it is so well built that when you unroll it, because it’s winter and cold outside, you really can’t get it to be flat. It’s more like partial coils. I’ll resolve that by running hot water through it using the onboard pump until it flattens out. Hoses have memory and when you first enroll them this always happens.
