Super Late Update from 10/16*** This company is incredibly. After my first impression and review the company immediately reached out to me and wanted to make it right. Not a lot of them care much these days. After a brief exchange or two in email about what resided, I was asked if I would like a full refund or new product to make things right. Honestly, I opted for a refund as my work schedule got a lot heavier and I wouldn’t have much free time to enjoy my new hobby (why I’m so late on updating my review, I’m so sorry!). To my surprise, I was refunded almost immediately and also sent a tracking number for a new product they went ahead and sent anyway because they really wanted my honest review on it. Kind of blew me away that companies such as this still exist and I hope they keep growing and thriving with hearts like that! The new one works perfectly, by the way! They have continued to check in with me via email to make sure I got to try it out and that I’m happy with it. Such great people. Will be ordering more from them very soon!!!! was so excited to receive this drill, as I am new to doing my own acrylics and filing by hand can be tedious and take a lot of time. At first glance, everything was perfect. But after further inspection, I have to say, I was disappointed. First, the plastic stand that connects to the motor that I assume is to hold the drill, was broken. I thought, “no big, it comes with another rubber stand” I pick the motor up and I hear something rattling around in there and that really can’t be a good thing. I was hesitant to turn it on, as I wasn’t sure if it was safe. The next day I decided to see what would happen. I turned the knob to the slowest setting. Seemed fine. That was until a burning smell began. I assume it was whatever was rattling inside. I hope to hear from the company sometime soon after I write them an email to see if I can get new one. I have a feeling I’ll be charged to return it, as my boyfriend threw the amazon box away the night before. Don’t turn it on if you hear rattling.

The current circimumstances led me to try doing a home gel manicure. I've been having them done professionally for 7 years, so I know how to do them. Never thought I'd be doing them myself. Turns out to be easier than expected so I've decided to do keep doing my own manicures from here on out. I'll be saving over $500 a year!!! This nail drill is almost identical to the one at the spa. It's sooo easy to use. The instructions explain how to place and tighten the attachments and how to turn it on. I took off a very overgrown 5 week old french gel with ease. I started with the sandpaper band, then went on to one of the silver drum tips next to smooth and prep my nails. I found the pointed tip great for going up under my nails and removing all the scraggly pieces. Slower speeds work the best and there is no pain or heating up the surface of your nail. My first french gel didn't come out too bad. Can't add pictures for some reason, but will later if I can. Highly recommend this nail drill!! Update....I've purchased a second nail drill for my 85yr old father. Each trip to the podiatrist to get his nails sanded and trimmed is $60. This will pay for itself in one use and keep him safe at home. I'm an RN and have been trained in geriatric care. Please be careful using this on anyone's feet if they are a diabetic!!!! It can cause bleeding and infection in toes, especially in people with diabetic neuropathy.

I bought this rotary grinder to use in thinning great-toe nails that have grown thick from injuries and age and, as a result, cause discomfort and difficulty trimming. The variable speed and variety of cutters allow it to work well for this. (Lay cloth tape over skin next to nail, select speed, carefully thin nail over entire surface, do once a month or so.) Glad to have this!

This drill was so affordable i was skeptical on how well it would work but it works so good omg let me tell you guys my nail tech always makes the acrylics so thick and soak offs are a hassle so i usually file them down till it’s easier but that takes so long but when this e-file it cut the time down tremendously keep in mind i use a moderate speed for a long time and it doesn’t over heat or anything i’ve had it for about 11 months now and it’s still going strong don’t waste your money on a $200-500 drill cause this one works just as good and go shop with alle’s to expand your nail tool collection they have a lot.

I bought this drill because I do my nails my self I'm a licensed cosmetologist also my old one didn't work anymore and i did a bunch of research and finally decided on this one, this is the exact same as you would find in a salon and you get all the necessary drill bits needed to do smooth and shape your nails how you prefer, I waited about a month to review it to make sure i used it a few times and its very durable and its a plug in so you don't have to worry about it dying and slowing down, also there is a low to high button and that's for how strong you want it to be or not and it gets pretty strong so be careful! I would definitely recommend this because even for beginners this will be the best one you can get because its a simple machine and you decide your strength level
