My wife has been dreaming of a double oven for years, but just could not deal with the ridiculous sound of a convection oven. We had a difficult time finding a non-convection double oven, this was one of the only models I could find. Shipping took a while, but it came eventually, in perfect shape. The delivery company brought it right to my house for no extra charge. I needed to get it inside the house myself, but it was not a big deal using my personal hand truck and a ratchet strap. It is over 200 pounds so be aware if you choose not to pay extra for "white glove service" from the delivery company. I installed it myself after cutting out a couple shelves in my cabinet and disconnecting the old oven. Easy peasy. ... show more
