UPDATE: I was able to get a replacement, the seller was very nice, friendly and understanding. They sent it out right away and now I’m very satisfied with this purchase as I’ve never had a better experience compared to other sellers. First time using it and one wheel popped off and it was very scuffed, not just dirty. The zipper also busted, I was able to do a quick fix but now I can’t do the tsa lock since it only closed with one side. The wheels are not carpet friendly so having a hotel with carpet wasn’t fun. The only thing I liked was that they were very light. I purchased them in advance for my trip so now I can’t replace it and now my set is incomplete.

Used these for a 12 day cruise. Loved them. Very easy to roll through airports, hotels, and cruise ports. They are roomy and well-built. They made it through, airline luggage handlers, cab drivers, bus drivers, cruise port porters, and being dragged around behind my mobility scooter without a scratch. My only complaint was that I found no instructions and normal lock re-setting techniques didn't work so I had to live with the preset combination for our first trip. Hope someone can tell me how to reset the combination.

My wife is quite happy with the functionality and value of this 3-piece luggage set. The sizes are practical – the carry-on meets most airline requirements, and the larger two are great for longer trips or checking bags. They seem reasonably durable for the price point.

I thought the yellow color was beautiful and would be easy to spot on the baggage claim carousel however it never made it to the carousel! I was unable to locate the bag at the airport and it was returned, in person to me the next day. It had been crushed on two corners and had broken open completely. I thought that when I replaced my still-intact but grubby soft sided suitcase a new, solid material would be more sturdy, as I travel by air quite frequently but I couldn’t have been more wrong. On my very first trip it failed on several levels, the crush/snap/puncture/pop or whatever happened, PLUS the zipper also broke apart and is missing the pull tab that plugged into the FAA approved lock. I’ve never had such a crummy suitcase! Lesson learned because they offer no return/exchange (that you don’t have to pay for) so that should have told me that they don’t stand behind their products. I have never written a negative review n my life - I’m pretty easily satisfied but this was ridiculous.

I travel to Africa or Haiti quite a bit and these are great as so much fits inside! These are not cheap materials as they have handled quite a bit of rough handling! The suitcases are easy to travel with. I can’t say enough plus fairly priced!
